6 Ways to Rest In The Lord
21/07/2020 Duración: 01h04minEmbrace a Season of Rest and Restoration When we look at the news and consider all that is going on right now in our world, it’s easy to get overwhelmed - scared even. With all the wickedness and evil breaking out, it’s obvious that the devil is making his ‘BIG Push’. And this, of course, means we are going to have to push back! Yes indeed! But… Before we begin pushing back. Before we enter the fray. Before we can resist the enemy and make Him flee - we need the Lord’s strength and not our own. And the best way to acquire His strength is to rest in Him. The Lord said: “The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.” ~ Exodus 14:14 We are in a season of preparation for what lies ahead. These times will not be easy. Therefore, we all need to rest in the Lord and wait upon Him at this time to be refreshed and reinvigorated. So, how do we do that exactly? Tune in to find out! Going From Orphan Spirit to Kingdom Son
06/07/2020 Duración: 34minEmbracing Your Kingdom Authority (Praise TV)In this episode, we provide you with a segment of a teaching we gave as guests on Praise TV internet program from Pakistan, hosted by pastor Shahzad Saddique. You can access the full video teaching in our Free Facebook group ( T.O.P. Kingdom Growth): https://www.facebook.com/groups/topkingdomgrowth (Click to Watch !) So, in the podcast we teach about kingdom sonship and what it means to walk as a son and not as a slave; using the parable of the prodigal son as reference. We also talk about the orphan spirit that plagues so many Christians and prevents them from fully discovering and embracing their sonship. The only way believers can walk in the fullness of their authority is by getting rid of their orphan spirit and instead “receiving the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father!" ~ Romans 8:15 Memorable Quotes: “In order to operate in the Kingdom of God and to bless people, you need to embrace son

Men: 6 Ways to Lead Your Family During Crisis
14/06/2020 Duración: 57minTrue Leadership Begins at Home We’ve been hearing a lot about leadership during crises these days. And there’s definitely a case to be made on how important this is. Leaders need to pivot and shift. Heads of corporations and small businesses need to adapt to a new economy and a new reality. Many big and small decisions need to be made if you, as a Kingdom entrepreneur, are to keep thriving at this time. However, we must not lose sight of one very important fact: True leadership begins at home. The foundation of our society and way of life has always been and still is the family unit. And the family unit has been under attack for decades now. Through television, movies, the education system, video games, the media, books and ideologies, the minds of our kids have been under attack for a loong time. Right now is a pivotal time in history. A line is being drawn in the sand for the future of our children. Men of God… it’s time to step up. It’s a crucial time to take a stand as leader

Do You Have a BIG ‘But’ or Do You Have a BIG God?
08/06/2020 Duración: 41minHow to shift from excuses to empowerment Getting results. Crushing it. Achieving the impossible. Accomplishing the miraculous. Surmounting huge obstacles. Becoming the best version of yourself. These are all things that you and I must do in order to have the life we desire - in order to live your dreams. And when you pursue personal growth, these are terms we’ve all heard time and again. As leaders and Kingdom expanders, we must do these things. There is only one problem: It’s not easy. In fact, it’s friggin hard! This is why we all get to a point where we feel we’ve reached the end of ourselves. Where we feel that we gave it our all. And when we reach that point, if we still don’t have results, what do we do? We find excuses to make ourselves feel better. That’s when we use our BIG BUT’s. But God wants us to get off our BUTs - why? Because with Him as a Father, ALL things are possible! So, in this episode, we help you to get off

Kingdomizing Your ” Why ”
27/05/2020 Duración: 33minUnderstanding the difference between your purpose and your ' Why ' If you’ve been a Kingdom entrepreneur for a while, you’ve probably heard about the importance of finding your ‘ Why ’, right? Also, in entrepreneurial circles, you’ve probably heard the following lingo: “Have you found your ‘ Why’ ?” or... “If your why doesn’t make you cry… it’s not your why.” A recent interview we watched with ‘Why’ and leadership expert Simon Sinek got us to mastermind everything a Kingdom expander should know about their ‘Why’, and then some. This episode is our musing and conclusions about the very important subject of finding your why. Memorable Quotes: “You can still find your why without God, but you will not only serve the wrong kingdom, but you’ll end up serving the wrong people, or serving the right people in the wrong way.” “You can teach people how to find their ‘why’ without ever mentioning God once.” “You can find your

How God’s Favor Works
11/05/2020 Duración: 01h17minHow does God’s favor work? If you’re like us, you might have wondered at times why certain people seem more blessed than others. We know the Bible says that God shows no partiality (Romans 2:11), so we can rule that out. On the other hand, we do have kids. And as parents, although we try to be impartial, we know that we show favor to our individual children under certain circumstances. So, does God operate the same way? And if so, can we identify the factors that may bring God’s favor in our lives regularly? The answer is yes, and YES! In this week’s episode, Elisabeth gives you her powerful testimony of how God’s favor works and the role we have to play in its coming to pass. And hey… who doesn’t like a puppy story?

Leadership Trans-Mutation
07/04/2020 Duración: 42min5 Leadership traits that will characterize tomorrow’s leaders Years ago, when I (Sebastien) embarked on my leadership journey, I had a very static view of what leaders look like. I saw them in a corporate setting, clean-cut, with a university degree or two in their resume. Maybe when you hear the word leader, that’s what you see as well. Well, this image of leadership has begun shifting in the last couple of decades. But today, with this crisis, this image of leadership is about to be obliterated. It will become practically fossilized in the next few months. Leadership as we know it is undergoing a transmutation as we speak. It’s getting a makeover. And when it’s done, it will hardly be recognizable. So, what will leadership look like in the next few months and years? Which leaders will step up during this crisis and afterwards? Which ones will leave their mark on the world? Which ones will be remembered when this crisis ends? Tune in to find out!

COVID 19: Escape the Matrix
26/03/2020 Duración: 50min3 Matrixes you need to escape to thrive no matter what There is a great scene in the movie The Truman Show, where the creator (played by Ed Harris) of Truman’s (played by Jim Carrey) fake world is interviewed by the media and is asked: “Why do you think that Truman has never come close to discovering the true nature of his world until now?” He retorts without hesitation: “We accept the reality of the world with which we are presented.” You can see this clip here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-c_cGWOVS-E (View Here!) The point is this: the matrix is not reality, it is rather what we accept or believe is our reality. It is the reality of the world with which we are presented. During this COVID-19 crisis, many are being presented a version of reality that only creates hopelessness, fear, anxiety, and despair. You can choose to stay there by accepting what you are presented with - or you can choose to escape the matrix, or perhaps I should say… matrixes. You

Shedding God’s Light on ‘The Secret’
04/02/2020 Duración: 43minInterview with the author of:The Law of Attraction: Is It for Christians? When the book The Secret came out in 2006, it took the world by storm, and as a result, the Law of Attraction became a household term in media and pop-culture circles. In the wake of this popular movement, some Christians have vehemently opposed the New Age thought behind this philosophy. Others have embraced so much of it that they have either left the faith or become some New Age-flavored Christ-followers and lost their salt in the process. Sebastien Richard has decided to investigate, as objectively and scripturally as possible, the validity of the Law of Attraction’s claims. His book is the result of this investigation. In this candid interview, he reveals the details of his own investigative journey into God’s law of attraction. His findings will change the way believers understand the law of attraction, and their faith, for the better. In this Episode You Will: Learn wha

What Does Being a Good Man Imply?
27/01/2020 Duración: 56minThe most ignored attribute of good men in Scripture As a youth and a believer, I (Sebastien) had a strong desire to become a good man. To that end, I believed that I could develop into one by: Going to church Doing good unto others Being a good husband and father Working hard Being a servant-leader, etc. Of course, these are all good things. However, what I didn’t know was that they are only part of the equation for the biblical definition of a good man. Furthermore, the Bible mostly tells us that we humans aren’t good. In Mark 10:18, Jesus said to the rich young ruler: "Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good--except God alone.” Which resonates with another well-known passage, which is Romans 3:12: “They have all turned aside; They have together become unprofitable; There is none who does good, no, not one.” But, conversely, there are other passages which hint that goodness can be a human trait, such as Luke 6:45, where Jesus says: “A good man

Why God Delights in Your Prosperity
19/01/2020 Duración: 35minYour Father wants His children to enjoy financial well-being The Bible assures us that God has great pleasure in our prosperity. In Psalm 35:27 we read: “The Lord be magnified, Who delights in the prosperity of His servant.” ~ Psalm 35:27 So many believers struggle with the fact that God really does want them to prosper. They struggle so much with it that they actually build an anti-prosperity and anti-success theology to make themselves feel better about staying broke. Others also have an unscriptural view of prosperity and teach lavish spending and opulence instead. Both views are unbalanced. Today, we’ll look into this verse and consider the reasons why God really does delight in our prosperity. We’ll also take a look at what true biblical prosperity is. Are you ready? Let’s dig deeper! In this episode you will: Understand how presumption makes us doubt God's desire to bless us. Learn the
