Cheeze Pleeze With Snarfdude & Daffodil

Our hosts head off musically to the zoo this week as we dig out some of the those cheezy children's records, with get a bit risque with some suggestive instrumentals and Happiness is.......Cheeze? 

We take a look at Phil Harris...from cartoons to music albums, we're betting you have heard his voice, instrumentals of the campy and happy kind, and a bit of some over the top schmaltzy cheeze from a talk show host of the 70s that hit the top 10 in the 60s. Even in the era of the beatles, the cheeze was a plentiful.

It's that time of the year again, Daffy's Birthday! And she picks the music....Snarf isn't thrilled.....but it's only once a year right? The drama ensues.  

It's a profile.....on a man named Brady...and the kids as we look at the music of The Brady Bunch, some fun ragtime instrumentals, and shaming your ears into even more 70s cheeze.  

Time to wrap up a CP Christmas 2021 as our hosts make their way to the bunker and salute some of the kids christmas songs of holidays gone by. Then, they'll settle in for a long winter's nap perhaps on the night before christmas.

The whole show is a special tribute to Bob River's Twisted Parody Tunes this week. Don't know who Bob is? Just listen and we'll get ya up to speed!    

We profile a comedy record artist that has an odd association with Star Wars and Indiana Jones Movies...The Classic 60s Group the Beach Boys really aren't cheezy, but hey, did you know Dad is? and a Chart Topping Cheezy that might make you be afraid to go into the water.     

A look at a group from the 1960s that started the "bubblegum music" craze...very juicy and sticky. Some polka fun, and a japanese man yodelling in german....that's gotta be instant cheeze!  

We profile a album that we feel combines 70s variety show style and Schoolhouse Rock education, but we can't find out nothing about it. Off to Hawaii, figuratively speaking (we wish we could) and Peter Griffin's Mom cuts a record....before she was his mom. Just listen, we'll tell ya all about it. 

It's that time of year again. Our annual Cheeze Pleeze Halloween show, has our hosts camped out on the side of the road, the over the top cheezy halloween songs and snarf's obsession with sound effects. Only the arrival of the Great Pumpkin could possibly top this.   

Rex Hemeon isn't a household name but with a song like "Bingo and Another World" we just had to profile him, Wunderful Wunderful Welk Fromage, and a really mean record from a mean actor, who was likely a really nice guy.   

A look at Joe Dolce, once we can figure out how to pronounce his last name. We said it wrong? Shaddup ya face will ya! More of the seemingless endless beatles instrumental covers, and we'll try to really make your ears bleed when chachi dares to sing! Come on, you can handle it....lotsa bandages over the ears helps.  

Some cheeze from the land down under as Snarf and Daffy explore a CD they found called "That's Australia", a couple "plunky plunky" cheezified instrumentals that might force you to want to pull your hair out, and a song that would really turn on very few people, but who knows, you listen to this show, anything is possible.  

God himself is profiled this week....in the human form of radio/TV and film star for decades George Burns, a mashup of two Diana's from different decades, and the gremlins creep into the equipment again, but fear not, Snarf and Daffy are onto them....then again, maybe you should fear that.  

The van hit a few potholes on the road so it was shaken not stirred this week as we present songs about on the 007 secret agent crazy on our 007 Special!

Some children's oriented cheeze as we profile entertainer Eric Nagler, we bring Klaus and Arthur together which includes a full orchestra version of a muppet hit and a song so bad, it makes our equipment go crazy and our hosts along with it!
