She is an online business coach, as well as a celebrity personal trainer. After eight years of teaching elementary school, Jess left her 9-5 to pursue her many “side hustle” gigs as a full-time impact! At the end of the day, her biggest passion is teaching. Jess is the creator/coach for Empower U(niversity) - an online course where she helps burnt out fitpros build a profitable online business in the pockets of their day so they can stop living that 5-9 hustle and grind. Jess is also the founder of FITtrips - once monthly, now semi-annual events for women to step out of their comfort zone, try new things, connect with other like-minded women, and give back.
