When westerners call the generational status of caring for children and elders simultaneously "Sandwich Generation", Jess thinks that makes it sound like flavorful fillings in an easily handled form, but we have found it to be far from tasty. George finally decided to change endocrinologists, meanwhile his aunt needs more assistance and his shoulder needs surgery. Life continues apace, no matter how much we might want a break. One recurring theme in the ten year's we've been in your ears has been the recurring difficulties accessing testosterone. These difficulties are familiar to most trans folks on any form of HRT, and now George has been struggling to also access mental health treatment meds after an insurance snafu.
