    What a great weekend and I didn’t even get on a lake.  When the weather isn’t right for fishing (and I am not much of an ice fisherman) I am looking to attend events, shop for gear, make gear or just get involved in something that is fishing related.  The event and temps made it the perfect weekend for that.  With temps below zero and the wind chill hitting around -25 the idea of attending a warm sports shows was very inviting!  The 2016 Minnesota Sportsmen’s Show January 14-17th sounded like just the ticket.  It was held in St. Paul at the River Center.  I give you and overview and review of the event and the pros and cons from my point of view.  Listen and enjoy!
