Gore & Associates President and CEO Terri Kelly, who has worked for the global materials science company perhaps best known for its GORE-TEX fabrics products, was awarded the 2018 Executive of the Year Award by Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business. The W. P. Carey Dean's Council honored her at a luncheon on April 12. In her speech, Kelly shares about Gore's distinct culture and leadership model.

At long last, Arizona's economy has officially recovered from the Great Recession. According to economist Lee McPheters, who spoke at the 53rd Annual ASU/JPMorgan Chase Economic Forecast Luncheon, strong job growth and population growth will continue in 2017. But longer-term measures of economic security "bear watching."
