Over the past few years Spider-Man and Spider-Man: Miles Morales have earned a place in the hearts of gamers across the Spiderverse, well world. These titles were enough to cause Chris to get a PS4. On October 20th the highly anticipated follow-up from Insomniac games came exclusively to the Playstation 5 and has taken the world by storm. A long time ago in... Well, this galaxy, George Lucas brought us Star Wars. Even though we all know Han did in fact shoot first, we have always had plenty to ponder and debate. In December of 2012 the Star Wars universe was sold. Disney purchased Star Wars and began to attempt to reign in years of fan fiction and extended universe material. They begin to determine what would be cannon and how to shape the Star Wars Universe moving forward. Fast forward a decade, and we have so much Star Wars that they could teach a college class on it. Years ago, when lootcrate seemed to be God's gift to geeks, Chris got a little book by Jon Morris, called the League of Regrettable Superheroes. It sat on a shelf until very recently, when it was cracked open and every page was indulged in. For a While Wizards of the Coast have been making some questionable decisions in regards to how Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering have been handled, but this past year has been particularly special. The Open Gaming License(OGL) , is something that has given birth to play sysetms and supplementation that have helped to expand not only the D&D universe, but the community as a whole. This year, WotC announced that they would be presenting a new version of the OGL, and this gave birth to the Open RPG Creative (ORC) and a whole slew of new tabletop RPGs. Seeing as Jason is obsessed with The Legend of Zelda, it is only fitting that he plays as a Dungeon Master in a Dungeons and Dragons 5E.
