Sinopsis
The Warrior Forged Project is a nonprofit corporation built for the purpose of providing free self defense education throughout the United States, and eventually world wide. The women who have created the Warrior Forged Project are martial artists who have a passion for teaching self defense and empowering women, teens, children and families to be the best version of themselves. The shows hosts, founder/CEO & President of the Warrior Forged Project, Stacey Councilman, and the CCO/Secretary Becca Baze train in several martial arts including Krav Maga, Kung Fu San Soo, Muay Thai, Filipino Martial Arts, and along with the other WFP board members - train and compete in their favorite art... Brazilian Jiujitsu. Much is discussed in this podcast including issues in todays society, topics for teens, and tweens, parenting, martial arts, fitness, health, wellness, athleticism, and more!
