Independent Bottling tends to have a sharp focus on Scotch whiskies, specifically single malt. There are a few notable bottlers that focus solely on American Spirits (Lost Lantern and Crowded Barrel come to mind here) but there's no independent bottler that focuses solely on World Whiskies. This is a boon to the Scotch whisky industry especially during these slower times.
