The hardest part about BJ leaving his job is having to say goodbye....to people and the animals who have become his family. He goes in depth to discuss the losses he has suffered over the his time there, both animal and human.

In this 2nd part, BJ talks about almost losing his job in the first year, how he got out of partying and how he has to turn his heart off when he goes to animal shelters to find animals for the show.

Biz is sick this week so BJ takes the reigns and gets deep all by himself in this 4 part podcast about leaving his job and the things that he has learned along the way.
