Today we talk about mental health, acceptance and self love… the road of happiness. We talk to writer Sara Radin (IG: @sararradin) about her struggles with anxiety, discovering balance and self acceptance. We also talk to Suzy Daren (www.suzydaren.com), a yoga psychotherapist based in Brooklyn, NY. She tells us how she found balance in her life and how she helps her clients to find it too. In January 2019 Singleling turned 3 years old! And we celebrated it with a fun show in Denver, CO. This episode is the start of our season 3, and it is the Love Talk part of our live show on January 17th in Denver, Colorado. Vanessa reads emails from listeners and asks your dating questions to the Love Panel. This time the panel expert guests are Erika Ettin, founder of A Little Nudge, and storyteller Kevin Carlin.

Two years ago we started Singleling, and this January 23rd we celebrated it with a show and party at LPR in New York City. This show features stories by: Sydnee Washington and Calvin Cato, stand up comedians in New York and performing for the first time on Singleling. Sandi Marx, a resident on Singleling, has been on tour with us and has appeared in several of our episodes. Gianmarco Soresi, storyteller and comedian, returning back to our show with one of the most heartful stories on our entire 2 year series.
