Anthony Crawford was wealthy land owner in South Carolina. He had over 400 acres of land that he used to plant cotton and a variety of fruit. Unfortunately he was sadly murdered, his land taken and his family ran out of town. So sad to imagine that happening to anyone, let alone a Black man who achieved the dream of buying that much land, despite slavery. Check out the episode for more info.
