Out of the Fire. A single moment can change us in an instant. It can propel us into a whole new life, complete with feelings of fear and anxiety. How do we manage moments that force us into places we were never expecting to visit? Exodus 3:1-15

No Way Out. Certain moments become touch points that shape the rest of our lives. They instantly change everything. In this message we look at one of those moments, told in the life of Abraham. Genesis 22:1-19

John writes a personal letter to a dear friend that gives a glimpse into life in a first century church. He acknowledges that the church is filled with imperfect and needy people, but what is more important is the hope that Jesus provides. He gives the ability for people to live authentically and rise above hurt and frustration because they are walking in truth and love, and they live in the reality of the joy of face to face fellowship with one another. Indeed, these are the roots of our authenticity.

John, in the shortest letter of the New Testament, has much to say to us about truth and love and staying Mission Critical. This week we begin with and are reminded not to forget our roots.

What causes the most tension when sharing your faith? How they will respond or the insecurity you feel within yourself? Sharing our faith is not only commanded, but also the one vehicle for ensuring the future of the church. In this message we look at ways to share that take the intimidation and stress out of the equation.

Just Say It. Sharing our faith is tough for most of us, especially when the word on the street about Christians is not always flattering. In this message we look at ways to best manage the tension and allow the heart of the Gospel to be heard. Romans 10:14-17

Gone Fishing. Some opportunities we leap at with excitement and anticipation, while others we are slow to move on and take advantage of. Why is that? Today's bible passage is about two men who did not hesitate to embrace the opportunity of a lifetime. Their decision has a lot to teach us about what to do when Jesus opens the door to opportunity. Mark 1:16-20

In a world of constant change, God's love remains the same. It is dependable in and out of every season. It is steady in the good times and the bad. If you are looking for stability, or searching for something to hold onto that won't let you down or let you go...look no further than God's relentless love. Psalm 136

What do we do when our plans turns to dust? For one, we tend to jettison the thoughts of a hopeful future and even begin to ridicule our own dreams. Somewhere in the mix we may even begin to doubt if God cares. In this message we learn that in the midst of darkness and shattered plans, something else is likely being birthed. Jeremiah 29:4-14

One Another. We are told as believers that we need to grow? As Followers of Jesus, our lives should not be static, but an ever growing progression into the likeness of Christ. What should that growth look like and what does it primarily consist of? In this concluding message we look at a passage that sounds contradictory at first, but is in fact, the one dynamic that fuels our growth into fully formed disciples of Jesus. 1 John 2:7-8

Power Up. Is there a difference between being religious and being spiritual? One evokes a negative stereotype while the other portrays images of placid existence amid peaceful waters. Whatever label gets applied frames the way we come to understand the spiritual dimension. In this message we look at a passage that guides us in understanding the true nature of what is labeled as spiritual, and what we need in order to navigate this unseen realm. Ephesians 6:10-20

Secret Sauce. Acting like a Christian is much easier than reacting like one. Our responses often convey where we struggle most in our faith and beliefs. Nowhere is it truer than when we are suffering. Its in these moments that the essence of what we believe becomes the compass for how we live. In this message we look at a passage that guides us in our responses to life’s struggles, and how it will convey the one characteristic that makes others stand up and take notice. 1 Peter 3:13-17

Stumbling. We know that no human being is perfect. Yet, once we have been tagged as being religious we are suddenly expected to be perfect. We all stumble from time to time but does it mean that God cannot use us to touch others? In this message we look at a confrontation between two of the leaders in the early church, and what it can teach us about living by faith. Galatians 2:11-14

Mountaineers. Some consider it a leap in the dark, while others treat it as the remedy for sickness and poverty. Regardless, a life of faith can still be a life of difficulty. How then, do we manage the expectations that faith is a magic potion for curing all of life’s ills?In this message we look at a story where faith becomes the determining factor for one of Jesus’ miracles. Matthew 17:14-21

Everyone In. We don’t mean to do it, and in many ways we could claim we are being biblical. But if we are not careful, we have the potential to make one big mistake with the Gospel. In this message we look at an interaction Jesus had that illustrates how easily we can make this mistake. Matthew 9:9-13

Label. Branding, label, identity, it comes by many names, but to be a Cristian evokes many images. Is there one central label that should identify us all? Galatians 2:20-21

No Limit. In this Easter Sunday message, we discuss how the trial of Jesus continues to this day. He is on trial in the hearts and minds of every person who does not acknowledge his claims, all made real by the power of His resurrection. Matthew 28:11-15

Take No Chances. Good Friday casts a long shadow in the short life of Jesus. Unjustly tried and then crucified, the hope that he brought to a waiting world had been dashed upon a Roman cross. In this message we continue to look at the circumstances that prompted religious leaders to condemn a perfect man. Matthew 27:62-66

Push. In this message, we discuss the injustice of the trial that proclaimed Jesus to be guilty. In the process we discover some of the sacrifices we often make when we push ahead with our own plans without stopping to consider the plan of God. Mark 14:53-65

I Am Not. In this opening message we see how one false idea can lead to dogma and ultimately lead to trouble. What blinds us to truth starts sooner than we think. John 1:19-21
