Ronda: I have a deep ridge in one of the nails on my left hand that has been there for close to a year. I have not slammed it in anything so I am concerned it is the sign of an underlying condition. Any and all information on what to do would be greatly appreciated. It has been there for close to a year. I have not seen any doctors regarding it, I have researched and can only find it can be from poor absorption. I suffer from muscle cramps regularly and I wonder if the two are related. I only drink water and have coconut water daily. My diet has not been great until recently when I started your fatlossity diet, which has been great. I have been on it for 2 weeks and have lost weight. Before the diet I still ate pretty healthy eating grass fed and organic foods as much as possible. I am not a big sugar eate
