Psalm 28 1 To you, Lord, I call;     you are my Rock,     do not turn a deaf ear to me. For if you remain silent,     I will be like those who go down to the pit. 2 Hear my cry for mercy     as I call to you for help, as I lift up my hands     toward your Most Holy Place. 3 Do not drag me away with the wicked,     with those who do evil, who speak cordially with their neighbors     but harbor malice in their hearts. 4 Repay them for their deeds     and for their evil work; repay them for what their hands have done     and bring back on them what they deserve.

Psalm 100 A psalm. For giving grateful praise. 1 Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. 2     Worship the Lord with gladness;     come before him with joyful songs. 3 Know that the Lord is God.     It is he who made us, and we are his;     we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. 4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving     and his courts with praise;     give thanks to him and praise his name. 5 For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;     his faithfulness continues through all generations.

And I desire nothing on earth but You. 26 My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart, my portion forever. 27 Those far from You will certainly perish; You destroy all who are unfaithful to You. 28 But as for me, God’s presence is my good. I have made the Lord God my refuge, so I can tell about all You do.
