If you had the opporunity to ask for any one thing from God and you knew he would give it to you, what would it be? If the answer came to you right away, it's probably because it is something that you desire and it's not just a want.

Jesus came and did great and wonderful things on this earth. The wonderful thing about serving him is knowing that he said we would be able to do and see even greater things after he had gone away.

There is power in the name of Jesus. We need to quit sidelining Jesus in our lives and bring him on the scene of every problem we have.

Jesus made a way for us to come into the kingdom of God through the work he did on the cross. But his work didn't stop there. He continues to make intercession for us at the right hand of God the Father.

We often try to take care of our problems in life from the outside. The Word tells us that we must be cleansed from the inside.

As we do our work in serving God, we often have to plant and water. The word tells us that it is God that gives the increase. We must start looking for and expecting increase in our service to God.

The Israelites always had problems with staying true to God. They would often turn their back on God and go looking for something better or more appealing. Do we do this in our life today, even if we don't consider ourselves to have ever worshipped another God or idol?

God commands us to be holy because he is holy. Is this even really possible? Wouldn't it be considered arrogance to think that we are holy?

It is so easy for us to get lazy in our prayer lives. But when we really need an intervention from God in our life, we need to return to what the Bible describes as supplication and importunity. This type of prayer can get God's attention and cause him to act.

It is critical that we understand what we have in the way of spiritual armor. We also need to understand how to use it and what the word really means as it is explained in Ephesians chapter 6.

Many people are living week to week not knowing whether they will have a job or not. During times like these we need to turn to the Word and see how we should be living our life.

There is only so far that we can go in our Christian life under our own strength and power. If we continue to desire to draw closer to God and serve him in a greater way, we need to learn to live and walk in the Spirit

Sometimes we get to a point in our life where we start to think more of ourselves than we should. It's not just thinking highly of ourself that is the problem, it's also thinking lowly of others.

Are the Fruits of the Spirit evident in your life to other people? If not, they should be. The message focuses on Love and how easy it is to miss the true Biblical meaning of Love.

Joshua established a memorial of 12 stones when the Israelites crossed the Jordan river. This was so that future generations would know that God had done something mighty for them. We need to do the same thing in our life so that our children and grandchildren can increase their faith in a God that is still in control and still wants to do wonderful things.

Our God is a God of purpose. Everything he does is for a purpose and is not a reaction to circumstances in our life. He has a purpose for each person that is called.

God is more than a God of second chances. He wants to totally restore you when you have failed in your life.

Jesus warned us that since he was persecuted, we would also be persecuted for identifying ourselves as a Christian. The word also tells us that if we are ashamed of him, he'll be ashamed of us. We have to choose who we would rather keep a good relationship with. Jesus or our non-christian friends or co-workers that would persecute us.
