The anointing is what empowers us to perform the work that God has called us to do. It also confirms to us that God is working through us when we feel his annointing upon us.

Unrepented sin will stand between us and God and can eventually bring us to the point of not being able to receive forgiveness.

There was a time when the Word of God was held in high regard and was considered more precious than it is today. Because we allow other things to take its place, the Word isn't as precious to us as it should be.

The work that Jesus came to do was a ministry of Restoration. That has been passed on to us since we are to be like him.

When God performs a work in our life, it is to the uttermost, or the highest degree.

We can miss God's blessing if we start to focus too much on other people's blessings.

God promises in 2 Chronicles 7:14 that he will heal our land if we humble ourselves, pray, seek his face, and turn from our wicked ways. This is a call to his people to repent.

When we start praying for something and expecting God to move, we sometimes think that God needs us to help move things along. Psalms 46:10 says "Be still, and know that I am God..."

When we look at those that are not saved from the side of being saved, we sometimes think that they choose to be where they are. Proverbs 4:19 says that those in darkness don't know why they stumble. It's our responsibility to shine the Light into their life.

It's easy to go to God and ask him to meet our needs, but we often overlook being thankful for what he has done. I feel that we need to be very specific and intentional about our thankfulness.

We no longer have to depend upon some earthly high priest to go into the Holy of Holies to atone for our sin. We can go to the true High Priest, Jesus Christ and have immediate forgiveness.

If God's grace was sufficient for Paul to get through his trials and tribulations, it should be for us as well. We must learn to depend upon him and humble ourselves and the Grace will come.

Seeking God for assistance or help is easy. But it's much harder to seek him for correction in our lives. But the correction of sin in our life is what allows us to get closer to him.

The threshing floor was a place used to separate the grain from the chaff. This is symbolic of separating the us from the sin in our life.

This week we discuss the symbolism of the Lion of the tribe of Judah that is spoke of in Revelation and how it represents Jesus.

What have you conformed your life to? The world's ideal of a Christian? Or the actual image of Jesus Christ?

In this message we cover the importance of the sacrificial lamb and how it was symbolic of what Jesus came to do for us.

Jesus said that he would give us joy that couldn't be taken away. So why is it that we seem to lose our joy sometimes? It could be because we are seeking our joy in temporary worldly things instead of eternal things.

Sin doesn't just hurt the one that is sinning. It can also hurt the family and the church. The blessings of God will be withheld when their is sin in your life.

The Great Commission was the last thing that Jesus told us to do before he went to heaven. It's the most important responsibility that we have as Christians.
