Spirit Soul Body Your Entire Being Hello and welcome to our newest series! We’re so happy to have you join us as we spend the next nine weeks focusing on Spirit, Soul, and Body, the three parts that make up our entire being. We meditated on this back in episode 147 and are back over a year later to dive deep into what makes us a complete package. Do you feel truly connected with yourself, or disconnected? Are you in tune with your body, your heart, your spirit and your thoughts? God wants to bring peace and harmony into every part of your life. Paul says it best in his letter to the believers in Thessalonica: Now, may the God of peace and harmony set you apart, making you completely holy. And may your entire being—spirit, soul, and body—be kept completely flawless in the appearing of our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One. Knowing God: Episode 7 God the Healer The last of our 7 week series on knowing God, Healer shines a light on the One who bore it all for us. But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. - Isaiah 53:5 (NLT) Our rebellious, sinful nature was dealt with at the foot of the cross. We are now whole and healed, not because of anything we did but because of what Jesus did. And He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed. - 1 Peter 2:24 (NASB) The healing power of God through His one and only son didn’t begin at the cross. Jesus moved in miracles, signs, and wonders throughout his ministry. The same compassion which ultimately moved him to carry out His father’s wishes, healed many who came to him. So when Jesus landed he had a huge crowd waiting for him. Seeing so many people, his heart was deeply moved with compassion toward them, so

Knowing God: Episode 6 God of Miracles The Bible is filled with miracles, there is no disputing that fact. Have you ever wondered why God performed so many miracles? Miracles are not just reserved for God; Jesus also performed miracle, after miracle, after miracle. His miracles caused the disciples to believe that He was the Son of God. So what is it about miracles that causes us to believe? Are you willing to ask God “what does it mean for You to be the God of the miraculous?” Why or why not would you choose to embrace a God of miracles? Have you seen God’s miracles with your own eyes? Has He shown up in your life in a miraculous way? In this week’s podcast we meditate on the miraculous side of our God. I don’t know about you, but given that miracles are one of the many ways God chooses to reveal Himself to us, I want to know Him more through the miraculous. Knowing God: Episode 5 God of Love Love… some say love is a verb, others say love is a noun, and still others say it’s an adjective as well. Go ahead, look it up, we’ll wait right here. So, what do you say love is? This week we’re setting our gaze upon the love of God by meditating on 1 John 4:7-12. Here, in verses 7-8 we see how God loves because He is love. Those who are loved by God, let his love continually pour from you to one another, because God is love. Everyone who loves is fathered by God and experiences an intimate knowledge of him. The one who doesn’t love has yet to know God, for God is love. - 1 John 4:7-8 (TPT) Did you catch that one little part in there? The one who doesn’t love has yet to know God part? Knowing God: Episode 4 God of Provision You are more valuable to God than anything else in this world. His love is consistent, and He never forgets even the smallest details. This is the reality we’re supposed to live in each day, but most of us don’t. It’s time to tear down the lies that are keeping us from living in the fullness of His love. Here’s our scripture for this week: Every good gift bestowed, every perfect gift received comes to us from above, courtesy of the Father of lights. He is consistent. Knowing God: Episode 3 God the Father As part of a 7-week series on knowing God, this week we meditate on the books of Corinthians and Ephesians to learn about God’s role of father. What do you think of when you hear the phrase “our father”? Many of us grew up with a father, while others did not. Some have good memories of their father, some have bad memories. Some see father figures as strong, supportive influences in their lives. Others see them as weak and unreliable, a let down or source of pain. However you relate to your earthly father, this is an invitation to discover how God wants to present Himself to you as a Heavenly father. Yet for us there is only one God—the Father. He is the source of all things, and our lives are lived for him. And there is one Lord, Jesus, the Anointed One, through whom we and all things exist. - 1 Corinthians 8:6 (TPT) For the Lord God is one, and so are we, for we share in one faith, one baptism, and one Father. Knowing God: Episode 2 Who Is Like You? God is worthy, there is no disputing this fact. But where does His worth come from? How does your heart stir when you hear God is worthy? The elders surrounding His throne fall before Him, proclaiming “You, oh marvelous King of all creation, are worthy to receive honor, glory, and power from all things. For everything was created by you and has life because of you.” This week we meditate on Exodus 15:11. Moses and all of the Israelites just crossed the Red Sea, watching God extinguish their enemies before them. After this epic display of salvation, the entire assembly breaks out in a song. Knowing God: Episode 1 God in Creation Welcome to the first episode of our seven week series on knowing God. This week we’re focusing on His role as creator. The first thing God revealed to us through the Bible is His ability to create. He holds all things together, and nothing exists apart from Him. There is a creative expression inside of you, placed there by God. What is He inviting you to create today? As you come to know Him more as creator, how does that empower you? We’re reading from a few different versions of scripture this week. Notice how each one speaks to you as you picture God as creator of all. His speech shaped the entire cosmos. Transformation: Episode 3 From Glory to Glory Welcome to week 3 of  Transformation. If you missed the first few episodes be sure to go back and have a listen. To be transformed is to undergo a process, otherwise you're just staying the same. Where are the areas in your life that are "veiled?" Areas kept in the dark and away from any mention of transformation. Today is the day to bring them into the light; removing the veil from our faces. This week we meditate on the following scripture: Now, the “Lord” I’m referring to is the Holy Spirit, and wherever he is Lord, there is freedom. We can all draw close to him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus. We are being transfigured into his very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. True transformation is not something we can do ourselves. It is something only God can accomplish in us; to be transformed into the likeness of Jesus.
