Babylon is a real historical place but it is also a mentality alive and well in the world we live in. Jesus calls us to love the world we are in but not to be "of" it.

Navigating the culture we live in can be a difficult task. Looking at the story of Daniel, we find a good template for the day we live in. Of course, we also look to the life of Jesus, who was always full of Grace and Truth.

This year, we are looking at the Christmas story with fresh eyes, filled with wonder and awe at the plan God put in place through His Son, Jesus!

There is so much we can rejoice about and there is so much for which we can be thankful.

81% of Americans think of heaven as "lots of clouds...choir robes....and angel wings". What if heaven is more familiar than you know? When heaven is trivialized, our lives can be marginalized.

2000 years ago, Jesus humbled himself on a lowly donkey, showing us the way to live a life of mercy, love, and grace. Sometime in the future, He will return on a white horse as a triumphant King!

"Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!"

Jesus was also known as "The Lion of Judah". The One to which every knee will bow. Let's bow now and not when it's too late! The Prayer Of Consecration Lord, I present myself unto You. May Your will be done in my life. May I never forget that I have surrendered all I am to You. I commit myself to be one whom You can use — consecrated and separated unto Your purposes. I'll pay the price by denying the flesh. If You call me in the nighttime, I'll get on my knees and pray. If I am never seen of men, and if I always work behind the scenes, still I will be faithful. I lay aside all personal ambition. Ill be one who walks in the Spirit and in Your perfect will. In Jesus' Name, Your will shall be wrought in my heart, in my life, and in my ministry.

In this introduction, Pastor Jeff shows us that the Bible has a lot to say about animals and that God also uses them to tell His Gospel story.

We LOVE pizza. We LOVE ice cream. We LOVE people. These can't be the same loves! In fact, there is ONE higher than any other. The "agape" love of God.

What is God like? His Word tells us. He is love and we are called to love like Him.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. If, as Christians, we would model this same unconditional love to the people around us, it would change the world we live in.

God loves you, is for you, wants the best for you, and has a purpose for your life!

The Church should be a safe haven... a place of healing and a place where we can be real with each other. A place where we can be a family.

Another way to live through a bad day is to help others who are experiencing the same struggles you have gone through. Jesus gives us the perfect example of true empathy and true love for one another.

God is faithful to His covenant love. A new covenant brought about through Jesus Christ. We just need to surrender to that love, let Him carry the load and enter into His rest.
