Full House: S2E1: Cutting It Close (In Honor Of John Stamos's "Uncle Jesse" Birthday)
19/08/2020 Duración: 02h33minHey Full House Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today, I have a Full House birthday dedicated episode to deliver to a Full House Cast member and of course that person is John Stamos who played "Uncle Jesse" or Jesse Katsopolis. To celebrate I've chosen Full House S2E1: Cutting It Close, which aired on October 14, 1988. In this episode after a pretend haircut gone wrong and a motorcycle accident that leaves Jesse with two broken arms, Stephanie is convinced she's a jinx. I really thought Jodie Sweetin knocked it out of the park with her emotions this episode. She never fails to deliver when it comes to these type of scenes. I really felt her anxiety over thinking Jesse's motorcycle accident was her fault due to the cause and effect fallout of the pretend haircut gone wrong. I felt so bad for her, and to be honest had no sympathy for Jesse due to his attitude. I get it, it's fine to feel angry, but what's not ok, is to blame a c

Full House: S5E18: Too Much Monkey Business (Full House Animal Antics Series)
15/08/2020 Duración: 01h37minHey Full House Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today, I covered the 2nd episode in the Full House Animal Antics Series with Full House S5E18: Too Much Monkey Business, which aired on February 11, 1992, where we meet Ginger the Chimpanzee. In this episode Danny's zoologist sister pays a visit with her pet chimpanzee and ends up falling for Joey while someone else ends up crushing on Jesse. Any guesses, who that might me? I had a fun time with this episode, like I do with all the episodes. I absolutely adored Ginger, what a mischievous sweetheart. The facials and hair color with DJ and Kimmy was cute and hilarious too. Stephanie and Michelle with their Aunt Wendy's Nakata Bank had me cracking up. I thought Joey and Wendy's love connection was cute but seemed a little rushed that they were able to jump back to their love hate relationship one minute and then they were making out the next, but then again with old memories stoking

Full House: S2E4: DJ's Very First Horse (Full House: Animal Antics Series)
07/08/2020 Duración: 02h27minHey Tanner Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today, I decided to cover Full House S2E4: DJ's Very First Horse, which aired on November 4, 1988 for the new Full House Series Animal Antics for August. In this episode D.J. and Kimmy buy a horse. Jesse strikes out in his attempts to date Rebecca. I had a fun time with this episode. In this episode, we have a very irresponsible stable hand who thinks it's totally fine to make business transactions with a twelve year old without parental permission, we also learn about cheese donuts (a cheese slice folded in half with a bite taken out), how CDs according to teens are better than cash, as well as a hairbrush and a unused math book can be used in lieu of $50 to pay for a horse's upkeep. Joey's chili is compared to the aroma of a horse as Danny takes a big whiff of (unbeknownst to him) a horse, as well as how a horse can go through three owners in the course of two weeks. Also a horse can

Full House: S8E13: The Producer (In Honor Of Lori Loughlin's (Aunt Becky) Birthday)
28/07/2020 Duración: 02h32minHey Tanner Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today, in honor of Full House/Fuller House Cast Member Lori Loughlin's Birthday, I'm covering Full House S8E13: The Producer, which aired on January 10, 1995. In this episode Danny feels humiliated and quits when Rebecca is promoted to producer of the show. I really enjoyed this episode as I do all the episodes when I cover them. Danny's behavior towards Becky in this episode was absolutely deplorable. Just because she was made producer of Wake Up San Francisco over him. That promotion should have been offered behind closed doors instead of in front of Danny and Michelle. Joey's dealing with his childhood favorite snack Vanilla Weasels being discontinued, is a sad reminder to myself of all the favorite foods I've liked, that had a temporary shelf life. (R.I.P. Meijer Seafood Cheese Dip,( I still can't believe it's been 9 years since it disappeared). DJ and Stephanie giving up sweet

Full House: S5E20: Driving Miss DJ (A Just For Funzies Episode)
24/07/2020 Duración: 02h26minHappy Full House Friday Tanner Fans, (TRIGGER WARNING!!) For the first maybe 10-15 Minutes of The Podcast Episode, you will hear occasional pounding or even a saw of some kind due to I was having my new floor put in my kitchen. Just giving you all a heads up. Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today, I decided to cover what I like to refer to as a Just For Funzies Podcast Episode and basically what that means is it's a random episode that I decided not to cover in one of my series of themed episodes, and that episode is Full House S5E20: Driving Miss DJ, which aired on February 25, 1992. In this episode newly permitted D.J. is eager to get behind the wheel, but she must first go out with a licensed driver, and unfortunately, Danny and Jesse prove to be rigid teachers. Meanwhile, Stephanie delights in torturing an annoying Michelle. I had a lot of fun with this episode, as I always do with the episodes of Full House and Fuller House. Th

Fuller House: S2E2: Mom Interference (In Honor Of Michael Campion's (Jackson Fuller) Birthday)
17/07/2020 Duración: 02h15minHey Tanner, Fuller, Gibbler Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today, in honor of Michael Campion's (Jackson Fuller) Birthday, I decided to cover Fuller House S2E2: Mom Interference, which aired on December 9,2016. In this episode DJ and Jackson struggle over whether or not he should play football and what his reasons for wanting to play really may be. Then things get a little awkward when Steve and Matt bring "guests" and a "slightly older" date for DJ to game night at the Tanner-Fuller house. And Stephanie has to decide if she has feelings for a Gibbler! I had so much fun covering this episode and hope you all enjoy it too! Fernando using his plate Bacon Wrapped Bacon on a bed of Bacon to entice Max to break his vegetarian rule. I love how Max feeds a piece of bacon to Cosmo and has him lick his face and then Max calls it second hand bacon. Ha, Ha! Jackson getting on the football team really makes me wonder if kids need pare

Fuller House: S4E9: Perfect Sons (In Honor Of Juan Pablo Di Pace's (Fernando) Birthday)
10/07/2020 Duración: 01h44minHey Tanner, Fuller, Gibbler Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today in honor of Juan Pablo Di Pace's Birthday ( actual birthday on July 25) (Fernando) I decided to cover Fuller House S4E9: Perfect Sons, which aired on December 14, 2018. Fernando's mother pays a surprise visit, so he presents that he Kimberly live here, have a baby and have D.J as her maid and Steve teaches Jackson how to drive. Max makes a memorable debut on "Wake Up San Francisco" when he got a B. I really had a fun time covering this episode. I haven't watched it since it originally aired and forgot just how hilarious it was. So many things going on in this episode, Max getting his first B and being heckled by his classmate Spencer during his debut on the Kiddie Korner Segment on Wake Up San Francisco, Jackson being taught how to drive by Steve even though we don't get to see any driving. Fernando's mother drops in for a surprise visit causing Fernando to com

Full House: S6E8: The Play's The Thing (In Honor Of Independence Day)
05/07/2020 Duración: 01h23minHappy 4th Of July Tanner Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today, I covered Full House S6E8: The Play's The Thing, which aired on November 17, 1992. In this episode Michelle thinks she's got the lead role of her first grade play in the bag when Jesse and Joey volunteer as directors and Stephanie signs on as choreographer. But when a more talented classmate auditions and the guys give the role to him, Michelle turns bitter. Meanwhile, Steve gets ticked off with DJ, who has gotten in the habit of speaking on his behalf. I really had fun watching this episode and hope you enjoy listening to it. If you'd like to EMAIL The Podcast Go To: omhcfhfhpodcast@gmail.com Have a great holiday weekend and be safe everyone!

Full House: S8E19: Taking The Plunge (In Honor Of Andrea Barber's Birthday)
03/07/2020 Duración: 02h46minHey Tanner Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today, in honor of Andrea Barber's Birthday, I'm covering Full House S8E19: Taking The Plunge, which aired on February 28, 1995. In this episode It's D.J. to the rescue when she learns that Kimmy plans to elope with her new boyfriend, hoping that marriage will solve all her problems. Joey gets an opportunity to meet the Queen of England. This was a fun time covering this one, from DJ reeling from her rejection from Stanford, to our first official meeting of Dwayne, Kimmy's new boyfriend repeating his famous catch phrase "whatever" , to Joey's wacky adventure meeting the Queen of England, his supposed assassination attempt by camera "nobody move, I just gotta get one shot" (horrible choice of words, Joey) as he pulls out Michelle's camera like he's got a gun tucked away in his suit and finally to the create your own wedding with Kimmy and Dwayne dressing up as Friday the 13th, but honest

Diff'rent Strokes: S1E5: The Spanking
01/07/2020 Duración: 01h12minHey Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of Diff'rent Strokes To Move The World: An Unofficial Diff'rent Strokes Podcast. Today, I covered S1E5: The Spanking, which aired on December 1, 1978. In this episode Arnold is caught throwing water bombs off the balcony and Mr. Drummond feels that a fitting punishment is a spanking. I really enjoyed this episode as it covered a topic that really isn't mentioned anymore on television, almost to the point of becoming a taboo subject and that is the physical form of child discipline known as spanking. It was more common to hear or see this form of discipline on tv shows back in the day in the 70's and 80's. The only time other than this show that I've see a child being spanked by their parent was the show Roseanne. In Season 6, their at the time youngest child DJ steals the family car and gets caught by the police, Roseanne's anger boils over and she lashes out at DJ by spanking him. Jackie tells Roseanne she was out of control and acting just like their father, w

Silver Spoons: S4E24: Second Best
29/06/2020 Duración: 01h07minHey Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of Together, We're Gonna Find Our Way: An Unofficial Silver Spoons Podcast. Today, I'm bringing to you Silver Spoons S4E24: Second Best, the Season 4 Finale, which aired on May 11, 1986. In this episode Rick is tired of his girlfriend Holly doing everything better than him. I remember before I covered this episode and just reading the synopsis and thinking "wow, this is how they're gonna end Season 4" This sounds like a dud, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this episode and Holly, Rick's girl of the week, because honestly, let's face it, it seems he's got a new girl he's crushing on every episode, doesn't it? His problem is that she apparently does everything better than him and that doesn't sit well with him. Ok, guys out there, let me ask you a question: does that really bother you, if a girl is better at some things than you? and is that worth breaking off a relationship? Also, we FINALLY have a scene with the piano in the living room b

Full House: S4E12: Danny In Charge (In Honor Of Father's Day and Danny Tanner)
28/06/2020 Duración: 01h54minHey Tanner Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today, in honor of Father's Day and Danny Tanner, I'm covering Full House S4E12: Danny In Charge, which aired on December 14, 1990. In this episode Joey and Jesse take a trip to the great outdoors to get footage of a fox for a commercial they're working on for Fox Fax Machines, Danny is alone in caring for the girls for the first time and is being pulled in two by DJ and Stephanie who both have school events on the same day at the same time. What's a father to do? Honestly, it's quite simple, in my mind at least, since he's already seen DJ in a play before he should just go see Stephanie's science fair project, because I feel Stephanie gets the shaft a lot of the time as the middle child. Danny's always super focused on either DJ and Michelle, a prime example of this is in Full House S2E10: Middle Age Crazy. I enjoyed this episode, but felt DJ was being a total selfish brat this episod

Silver Spoons: S4E23: Rick At 16
22/06/2020 Duración: 01h19minHey Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of Together, We're Gonna find Our Way: An Unofficial Silver Spoons Podcast. Today, I covered Silver Spoons S4E23: Rick At 16, which aired on May 4, 1986. In this episode Rick asks two girls to be his date at his 16th birthday party. I really liked this episode, Rick overall has a good heart and on occasion he let's his hormones do his thinking for him and cloud his judgement. If the girl who plays Nicole looks familiar it's because she was in Silver Spoons S2E14 Mr. Cool as Carol, another mean girl, but if you watch Growing Pains Season 2 Episode Fast Times At Dewey High, you'll see she plays the polar opposite type of character. The character of Julie was a sweetheart. I really hated Alfonso and Brad this episode. They annoyed me to no end with their attitude towards Julie and over all. Join me next week for the Season 4 Finale, S4E24: Second Best, which aired on May 11, 1986. In this episode Rick is tired of his girlfriend Holly doing everything better than

Full House: S1E6: Daddy's Home (In Honor Of Father's Day and Danny Tanner)
21/06/2020 Duración: 02h10minHappy Father's Day Tanner Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today, in honor of Father's Day and Danny Tanner I'm covering Full House S1E6: Daddy's Home, which aired on October 23, 1987. In this episode Danny realizes that he misses special moments with his daughters and decides to take a family fun day - twice. Jesse's current girlfriend is in town. I really had a fun time with this episode and thought Danny did the best he could with the girls given the time he had with them with the Daddy/Daughter Day. Joey suffering from an identity crisis tries to emulate Jesse by changing his look, clothes and attitude but just ends up looking laughable, to sum it up in the words of Danny Tanner: "Joey, you make Michael Jackson look tough" Luckily Joey comes to the realization that it's ok to just be him since what works for some may not work for others. I mean you can't just become Jesse Katsopolis or( in Season 1 Cochran) overnight, it t

Silver Spoons: S4E22: A Family Affair
14/06/2020 Duración: 01h07minHey Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of Together, We're Gonna Find Our Way: An Unofficial Silver Spoons Podcast. Today, I covered S4E22: A Family Affair, which aired on March 16, 1986. In this episode Ricky is dating a girl named Jeannie. And when they have a spat, her father wants to see Edward. Dexter tells him that he might be "connected" to the mob, and when he arrives he tells Edward to tell Ricky to apologize to his daughter. Edward refuses but when a strike at one of his companies is settled after the man tells him it would work out, Edward thinks he made the union settle so that Edward would be beholden to him. I thought this was an ok episode, but nothing special. it was cool seeing Christina Applegate pre-Married With Children, Kelly Bundy. Her character definitely had a temper or anger issues, but than Rick isn't much better for poking the bear. Join me next week when I cover one of my favorite episodes of Silver Spoons, probably cause it was the one I most remember on tv in syndication

Fuller House: S5E18: Our Very Last Show, Again
12/06/2020 Duración: 02h03minHey Tanner, Fuller, Gibbler Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Silver Spoons Podcast. It's time to say goodbye to the Tanners, Fullers and Gibblers in Fuller House Season 5's Series Finale Our Very Last Show, Again. Today I covered Fuller House S5E18: Our Very Last Show, Again, which aired on June 2, 2020. In this episode the girls's wedding day is filled with one problematic disaster after another, and new opportunities could be leaving this house a lot less fuller. I really enjoyed this episode . This finale had a lot of heart and had an emotional punch to it that left me in tears, some of them happy tears. I hope you all enjoy this episode. Join me next week for the first of two in honor of Father's Day and Danny Tanner Episodes Full House S1E6: Daddy's Home, which aired on October 23, 1987. Silver Spoons: S4E21: The Way We Weren't
07/06/2020 Duración: 52minHey Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of Together, We're Gonna Find Our Way: An Unofficial Silver Spoons. Today, I covered S4E21: The Way We Weren't, which aired on March 2, 1986. In this episode with Kate and Rick both out of the house, Edward is left alone with his ex-wife. I liked Rick being a Disc Jockey or DJ, that was fun, he seemed like a natural. This whole thing with Evelyn and Edward for the majority of the episode was a real slog to get through. She infuriated me to no end and Edward needed to man up and tell her that her actions are inappropriate. I mean, Evelyn was all up on Edward like she wanted to make out with him. I could get Kate's hesitation to leave them alone together, but she was called out of town. Evelyn didn't need to hang out there if Rick wasn't there, she could have gone back to her hotel. Join me next week for S4E22: A Family Affair, which aired on March 16, 1986. In this episode Ricky is dating a girl named Jeannie. And when they have a spat, her father wants to see

Fuller House: S5E10: If The Suit Fits
05/06/2020 Duración: 01h27minHey Tanner, Fuller, Gibbler Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today, I decided to cover Fuller House S5E10: If The Suit Fits, which aired on June 2, 2020. In this episode Uncle Joey throws a surprise triple engagement party, and Steph and Fernando practice mingling with their future in-laws. Steve reaches out to DJ's boys. I really enjoyed this one and thought it was a solid episode. Things pick right back up 6 months later and Ramona is nice enough to catch everyone (us, the viewers) up, just in case we forgot the there are now three weddings to plan. Lest we forget that awesome dance proposal in the street with the song "Let's Get Married" by The Bleachers from back in December 2019. Silver Spoons: S4E20: Rick Sings
01/06/2020 Duración: 57minHey Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of Together, We're Gonna Find Our Way: An Unofficial Silver Spoons Podcast. Today, I covered S4E20: Rick Sings, which aired on February 23, 1986. In this episode Rick becomes famous when he subs for the lead singer in his rock band. I really had a fun time with this episode. Ricky Schroder has a great singing voice (well, I think so anyway). Join me next week when I cover S4E21: The Way We Weren't, which aired on March 2, 1986. In this episode with Kate and Rick both out of the house, Edward is left alone with his ex-wife. Evelyn really drove me up the wall, for someone who wasn't trying to get back with her ex, she sure was all up on him, even to the point of hanging outside his bathroom. I mean, is she serious? I know he was just avoiding her, but what if it turned out he was taking a dump. Give the man some space. Her reason for all her actions with Edward is insane, I'm like really Evelyn this was all about having Rick come stay in England with you. What
