After a brief hiatus to Dorne for our honeymoon, we are back! Season 6, Episode 8 - No One. Well some say this is the lamest episode yet for Game of Thrones. We found some delights in the small things... like Qyburn's eyebrows, the Waif's stiff joints, Jaimie's hand, Grey Worm's jokes and Black Fish's amazing hair. So it's time to sit back, inhale the dragon's breath and ready yourself for Game of Stoned!  In Episode 8 we finally finish the whole Arya in Bravos thing and can move on with our lives! Bronn is reunited with his buddy tri-Pod and teaches him the fine art of dirty fighting. Black Fish's story ends (disappointingly).  The hound gets a new pair of boots. Qyburn finally gets to see his zombie robot in action and shows his approval with brilliant face acting. All of this an much more! Like our podcast? Brothers and sisters, religious dissension, and broken men confronting their imperfections. The Broken Man was a slower paced episode meant to lay down some major foundation for the next couple episodes. We see Blackfish put Kingslayer in his place, Kingslayer put Dumb and Dumber Frey in their place, and The Lady of Bear Island put everyone in their place. The blood that ties us, familial bonds and characters long thought gone. Episode 6 had a tough act to follow since it was, Hodorless, but it held its own nonetheless. We get to meet the crappiest dad ever, and no I'm not talking about Walder Frey. A long-lost Stark reappears, and a Tully that managed to avoid the Red Wedding also returns. Dany's teenage bad-boy dragon tires of whoring and sleeping and finally decides to seek out his mother. And a girl is no longer a girl, not yet a women. We loved this episode! S6E5 The Door has been been the best episode we have seen this season thus far. Sansa confronts LittleFinger Carcetti, Bran has a bad trip on his vision quest, Tormund gapes at Brienne, We learn how the Ironborn get drowned crowned and Hodor. So much Hodor.
