Once an applicant becomes annoying the get put over in a pile of resume's that then get moved to a file in a cabinet someplace out in the warehouse You see, when we put an ad out on the internet we get hundreds of responses that have to be seen. Some resume's that have nothing to do with the job being offered but they thought they would submit just in case there was something. Her request was to bring in a non biased mediator to resolve the issue. The issue was that she had one long term employee that is conservative, however there were two employee that wanted him fired because he was a conservative. So we have political hate seeping into the office and it is a you against me situation based on two very different political views. We are going to see this more and more as the political heat gets higher as we get closer to the November election. Resolve workplace conflicts with a mediator that can bring the two opposing sides together and work at resolving the conflict and rejoin the team that they have created stress in. From the day I was adopted and until today, I have worked so hard to build something. I never got any help to get through school. I worked hard in a furniture factory, working as a janitor, sanding desks and chairs for the dean of men. My parents were poor, they could give nothing to help me. People of color were able to get grants and loans that paid for their whole schooling, I got pennies to the dollar so I had to work to pay fro school. The most important aspect of our nation is the power of prayer. A lot of us have not been to church for a long time and may have forgotten how important prayer is. Now is the time that you and I have to drop to our knees and pray. This nation needs help - through prayer. To strengthen us. To open our ears and listen, to talk peacefully and respectfully, to stop the anarchy that we see running through our streets. After Twitter put fact-check links on some of President Trumps tweets, the White House has responded with an executive order to try to remove some legal protections for social media companies. Section 230 of a 1996 law call the Communications Decency Act provided social media companies protection of not getting sued. However, now by editing peoples posts they are now editing posts, which takes them into the description as a publisher. I have been fact checked several times. It makes me angry because I posted a link to a main stream media article and Facebook didn't agree with what was said and they fact checked it with a biased source link to support their view. That is very wrong. That is not free speech, that is oppressing my post with their view by calling it fact checking. As we watch the video of a Police officer slowly killing George we see not one police officer stepping in to stop it, not one single person in the crowd did anything, the person taking the video did nothing. Everyone stood there and did nothing. Everyone became mute and said nothing. No one had a backbone and stepped in to stop it. What has happened to Americans, when did they become so weak ethically, morally. And those of you who are protesting the death - I am there with you. But those of you burning buildings down and stealing stuff you are worthless, you are criminals. You have no voice. A lot of you have been sitting in front of the media stations on cable and have heard nothing but content to make you afraid. They are driving this fear havoc into your life where fear has become a habit. Kick the habit. This is a virus, it knows how to infect, and no matter how safe you are it can get you. So you have to live with the fact that if you are practicing good hygiene you are doing something positive, but if you are sitting there like a scared rabbit, afraid to move because you think you are going to get sick, then you will not go on with life. Focus on life, find a way to fight your fears. I have worked in the Philippines, a third world country, where people are afraid of going to the hospital because they are afraid to die, when that hospital is there to keep them alive. But they have been taught to be afraid. From the start of this Corona virus we have been making bad policy based on bad data. At the very beginning the numbers have never added up. Many people have questioned this data and no answer given. Governors and local government followed the bad data and locked down their states, destroying jobs, people's financial conditions, businesses going out of business. They did not question the data, instead they just went forward through a power play and locked down their states. The damage done by this shut down is far greater then the virus itself. Doctors in Northern California say they have seen more deaths from suicide than they've seen from the coronavirus during the pandemic.
