The Press Conference of Joe Biden was a nonsense event. As of last night we still have no idea what Biden is going to do. He is not leading, instead he is being lead by other people. We have a crisis at the border and he refuses to address it like a leader would do. We have no idea what his economic policy is for America - except he is going to raise taxes. He is sending Harris down to the border to address the crisis when at one point she called ISIS Nazi's. She hates the border and the people that protect Americans at the border. Last nights press conference did nothing for the American people. Nothing! But what we did see is a President that can't complete a sentence. We saw a President that can't communicate with the American people or answer questions. The event was a staged event with the help of the press. We as Americans are watching this and thinking - Goodness we are in trouble. At this time, Biden should not be President. He has no mental competence to lead or make major decisions. A

When you enter into a mediation agreement you agree that confidentiality is vital and should be followed. What is said and written in mediation is confidential. This morning I checked my bank account this morning and there was a fresh deposit from the Government sitting there. I am going to keep it there, I am not going to spend it, and I need to prepare in case the Government screws us again with some other issue. All of us have to start building up our bank accounts in the event the government screws us again. We just got out of a pandemic, we have inflation growing, Biden wants to raise taxes on Americans, and the list goes on and on that will create an economic problem for this nation. Take the check from the government and stuff it into your bank account for a much different economic downturn that we have never seen before. Prepare your finances. Be a good steward of your money. If you are getting refunds, put it in the bank and leave it there. The pandemic taught us that government is bad at handing a crisis for the American people because they think politically instead of what is good for the American people. Do you remember AB 5 that was passed in California that destroyed the independent and gig economy? The one that killed jobs and opportunities in California? The bill that was created by Unions to get control over workers and businesses in California? Well they are at it again in the Pro Act that attacks independent contractors and small business. They failed at California so now they want to destroy the nation with the same bill but in the Pro Act. Congress, especially Democrats, seem to hate small business, they want everyone to live equally, same pay, same healthcare, they want the entire nation flat lined. Independent contractors do a lot of great work and create new things in business. Remember, Biden has said he wants the United States to follow the California model of failure. Call members of the Senate to vote NO on the Pro Act. We have to speak up and stop politicians from destroying the lives of the American people. Biden has no economic plan for the United States. Wall Street sees prices going up but don't want to admit to inflation is happening. The numbers out of the government on inflation shows that the consumer price index is going up, but they don't add on all of the other costs to costs going up. However, they do admit that costs have gone up in food because gasoline prices have gone up. The $1.9 trillion dollar stimulus package will create more inflationary issues. So Biden has no economic plan except to raise taxes, raise the cost of gas and other costs, so his plan equals inflation. Biden has no clue on business or the economy because he has a socialist point of view. No one can afford food and other goods in socialist countries because everything is inflated due to bad economic policy. America is face with that same mentality by our government. As a kid I loved the Dr. Seuss books. Every time you read his books you feel you need to rhyme, and it's hard not to. The estate of Dr. Seuss pulled a book call, "And To Think I Saw It On Mulberry Street". I love this story where a father tells his son to open his eyes and look at everything, observe what he sees, as he goes to school and comes home. The son begins to make up a big story about what he saw, but by the time he got home all he could tell his dad that he only saw and old horse and wagon on Mulberry Street. The book was pulled because it had one word in there, "Chinaman". In todays culture there are a lot more worse words being used but are not canceled out. Do we cancel out books just because of one word? Do we shut down twitter and other social media sites of individuals because they are not saying what you believe in? Nancy Pelosi and Schumer are trying to pass a bill that only covers about 1% for covid. The rest of it is for nonsense that has nothing to do with covid. The President and the Democrats are pushing a bill that does nothing for the American people. 1% of $1.9 trillion for political payback is not acceptable to the American people. Those Democrats pushing a $15 minimum wage to a covid stimulus bill has nothing to do with covid. The increase does greater harm to small business. There was one Democratic member of Congress that said that if small business can't pay a $15 minimum wage that the business should not be in business. That is how they think, they have no care what happens to small business in the United States, and hiding it in a stimulus bill for Congress is criminal. It's corrupt. Mediation should be used in construction disputes more. There are issues that arise on almost every construction site that leads to a dispute. It can be a change order that was not approved, billing for materials not part of your construction contract, over charges, construction quality issues, construction schedules and various charges for being late, warranties on the work and the list goes on. When I went to college we were all required to take a class called, "Marriage and Family Life". The college knew that many were going to college not just for an education, but they were going to find a marriage partner at school. So we were all required to learn what we were going to get into. Once you say, "I Do", life changes, but in most of our lives we are not prepared for what is going to happen. As a Mediator I hear the stories of people's lives who have gone through the marriage process and it didn't work, they got separated or divorced, have children, and now they have to mediate the process of a failed marriage. Most people when they are planning to get married they don't think about the issues that happen in marriage and family life after you say, "I Do". Clergy have got to do a better job in their marriage practices within their churches, better prepare people about marriage and family life before and after the marriage ceremony.
