You are posting evidence. When you are under audit or suspected of tax fraud, the IRS and various international tax organization, have an algorithm that goes out on social media and pulls this information down. The Democratic impeachment team, leading the charge of impeachment in the senate committed evidence tampering and should be charged in Congress with unethical and possibly criminal activity and removed from Congress. If that activity were to be done by an attorney in a court of law, if an attorney every presented evidence that was doctored, manufactured or any way altered, the attorney would be disbarred, held i contempt, and maybe even prosecuted for a felony. To me, thinking about if it were to happen to me, someone tampering with evidence against me, I would be furious. Each member of Congress on that impeachment team should be thrown out of Congress for lying to the American people and to the United States Senate. In America there are 30.7 million small businesses which account for 99.9 percent of all U.S. businesses (SBA 2019). We in small business create more then 1.5 million jobs yearly and account for 64 percent of new jobs created in the U.S. (Fundera, 2019). However, with this much punch from small business to the the American job market Government seems to hate small business. Look at California as they drive people out of their state, businesses are leaving for tax friendlier states. Even Democrats have left California because the state is out of control and hate small businesses. I love being a mediator. Mediation is another of the methods of alternative dispute resolution or ADR. In mediation, the disputing parties work with a neutral third party, the mediator, to resolve their disputes. Biden wants a stimulus plan of $1.9 trillion. Temporary band aid for about 3 weeks and a whole bunch of pork to things not even involving Covid. He wants a $15 minimum wage for some parts of the country where living is much lower then New York and California. That $15 goes up to $18 once you add in Workers Compensation, more taxes taken out, and other items associated with that wage. Wages go up, cost of goods and services go up to you and me. It takes a long time to change over completely to a new system, so those jobs he thinks he will generate are way down the line, many years. Higher taxes will send jobs off shore again. This week we saw online investment traders stop trading of certain stocks and some of the story involves hedge funds and their bet against these stocks. The question that we are asking is why was the stock trading stopped on certain stocks? Was there a liquidity problem? Was there an issue that hedge funds were losing money on their bets in the market? And who gave the investment houses the right to stop the trades, the legal question is was there a criminal action not in compliance with investment rules, namely the SEC? Does an investment house have the legal standing to stop trades? The actions strongly appear to be unethical decision making based on others unethical needs.
