Which means you will file a Schedule C with your tax returns and list your income and the expenses that go against them. Now some of these companies they are paying a portion of your insurance plan, some deduct it from your payments, so it becomes an expense. Then you have to cover part of your insurance through your personal insurance. You need to make sure you understand who and how the insurance is being covered while you are conducting your gig business. All of us have a social media account. Some of you politically are on the right and some on the left. However, a lot of people jumped from twitter to Parler, Facebook to MeWe. We all jumped because many Americans felt they were being censored and wanted to get into a social media venue that has free speech. However, free speech does not give you the right to spreak nonsense. I see it on Twitter and Parler. People make these big statements with no proof. Or people showing their guns and stating they are ready to fight. It is both on the left and right politically. You and I who are on social media have got to be more ethical in what we are saying. If you have no proof or backup, stop, don't publish it. Right now on social media and mainstream media we have no pure news, it is all mush. A bunch of nonsense. We as social media junkies have to use ethics in what we are saying and we need to challenge the nonsense being spouted out there. Challenge to get to the truth. Ethics is a part of our lives

In all my years (which are way too many ow) I have learned that once a word leaves our mouth, it can never be taken back. No sorry, no apology in the world, will make that word go away. It live on in our human life of thoughts. It doesn't mean we can't forgive or be forgiven, but it does mean that one single word or whole sentences of words, can't be tak back. Word of hate, anger, spitefulness, live on and on. With that come mistrust from the person you said it to. Unethical words of hate never builds anything, except it builds more hate. Oracle, HP, Tesla all have moved to Texas, a very business friendly state. A new survey of small businesses was released on Tuesday by the National Federation of Independend Business shows that small business optimism fell 2.6 points in November. Dragged down by lowered expectations for economic improvement in the near-term future. We don't know what Biden's economic plan for America is, except to raise taxes. We don't know how Covid is going to play a part in our businesses for 2021. We know we are being threatened by more lockdowns. We don't know what the results are going to be in Georgia with the runoff of two senators that could mean the Senate could go Democratic and that drives the nail in the tax increase coffin for businesses. If the Senate is kept by the Republicans we then have a buffer of tax safety. Once again, just as in the Obama administration, businesses are on pause not knowing what to expect. Gavin Newsom has announced California has locked down again. No science behind his decision in stead it is pure political. My question to Californians, are you going to allow this destructive behavior again? Either leave California or fight back. You have two choices. If you stay it will destroy your business, are you going to sit there and take it? Again and again? You have a choice to leave the state to a business friendly state. Or you can fight for your rights? You have a choice and you need to make it. If you stay your taxes are going to go up. If you own a business this is a big deal.
