HP headquarters have announced they are moving out of California and heading to Texas. That is a big deal because HP was the very first technology company to start in California way before even I was born. They set the road for technology to grow and now California is chasing them out. When taxes and the cost of doing business gets to oppressive on businesses, they move. They go to a state that is tax and business friendly. Companies who have moved from California to Texas has saved up to 32% their first year in operation in Texas. And less state compliance issues then there is in California. So the big question is how long can California last if businesses keep leaving their state? And when will Californians say enough and start making changes? Or do both groups even care anymore? The next question are we going to let it happen to the rest of America? Do we care? It's up to us to take back our nation because government has failed us greatly. Over the past few days I have been listening to the testimony of election volunteer and workers telling their story on the unethical practices of those in government as they handled government election data. It is apparent that government is now controlled by politics and power, the American people and their rights to vote doesn't matter. Data has been manipulated, deleted, added to, created by various means, to get the election results of unethical government works and those organizations they are members of or who support them. We have seen, and continue to see, bad data in the covid numbers. But the data has been manipulated to control a free people. The election data has been corrupted by a coordinated effort to manipulate an election. We have found that our election data is controlled by a foreign corporation where our data is distributed to foreign countries to report the election. Many children grow up in two homes, parents that separated or divorce. Also parents that never married but have a child together. Both parents need to take care of those children responsibly by putting together a parenting plan. A set of rules that will help both parents to be better parents through a tough situation. The tax breaks that each American received the last two years ends in 2025. However, if Georgia votes blue and puts the control of the United States Senate in the hands of the Democrats higher taxes will start 2021 because now they have the control of Congress and the Senate with the promise from Joe Biden to raise taxes on all Americans. This past week a court case brought against Gov. Cuomo and his attack against churches and religious organization in New York, shutting down of churches. This case was heard by the United States Supreme Court and by a 5 to 4 decision, they stated very clearly that the Governor was wrong and he had gone against the constitution of the United States and the protected right of religious liberty. Now the Governor says the Court is wrong, so he still does not believe in the religous liberty of churches. Now you know where he stand on God and the freedom to worship under the constitution. But I have to ask in my own mind is where is the backbone of churches to fight for their religeous liberty and freedoms? Only a few have fought government, the rest remained silent, obeying government, giving up their constitutional rights. Way over 100,000 small businesses are now gone because of government lockdowns, government distroyed small businesses nationwide. I just read today that Harvard University said they would blacklist any former Trump employee or who served under Trump. Now Harvard is in Massachusetts, which has a very strong law on blacklisting, "Using intimidation or force to prevent or attempt to prevent someone from obtaining or continuing in employment." So the state has a very strong law on Blacklisting, and for a University to go to the press and make a statement that is published around the world, it is intimidation to prevent Trump people from obtaining a job. CNN has put their list of Trump people together and have threatened that they would try and stop Trump people from getting jobs. CNN is using their power to intimidate Trump people. Ethical, nope. If you look at the word hustle in the dictionary the word hustle is described two ways. 1) busy movement and activity. 2) A fraud or swindle. Which means a hustler is working fast to take something from someone through a hustle. It is a negative thought on a word that a lot of people are trying to sell you on starting a side hustle or something else. You see it all over social media and usually they are running their own hustle to get something from you. They are not trying to build anything, they are wanting fast money but never building solid business relationships. The story a hustler sells is falsehoods and nonsense. A business person builds something with relationships and a steady flow of repeat business and referrals. I will never lockdown again. I will not allow Government to cancel Thanksgiving or Christmas again. The people that we vote for and put them into office will affect our businesses. We have to be very careful to protect our businesses. Right now businesses are moving their capital out of the United States to safer countries, they are afraid of what Biden is going to do with taxes and other business issues. We have gone through a nasty political season, for the last four years. We just went through an election that was probably the most corrupt political scene we have seen from all sides of the political parties. And maybe some of that politics crept into the office and created an even more stressful workplace environment. The question is how did companies manage politics from not disturbing the workplace?In march of 2020 I received an email requesting mediation in a company located in Oakland California for political and employee workplace conflict, all geared to politics. The story - the manager of the company had one employee that was right leaning and expressed his views on politics. The other two employees, who were left leaning, wanted the other employee fired. They did not agree with his political opinion and wanted him gone. The Govenor of Washington, Oregon and a couple of other states are embolden by Biden and his comments to shut down America again. No scientific to back up a lockdown. Lockdowns have not worked. We were reminded by Justice Alito's words this week, which is telling about the feeling of religious liberty in America. He stated, "It pains me to say this, but in certain quarters religious liberty is fast becoming a disfavored, right." Which means that there are politicians and individuals of academia that religion is not considered a liberty, a right under the constitution. We have seen this with the lockdowns in many states where churches were shut down. Pastors did not stand up and fight to keep their churches open, they bowed down to government and let government shut the doors of churches. A few more days it will be Thanksgiving. Remember what this is all about. People in Europe were being oppressed by government, by rulers. With all of these messages from facebook that the election information you posted is disputed, and then they try and push you to a article on election results - which is false. Censorship is cutting out the constitution and freedom of speech. Shutting down speech on your views on the election. Through Zuckerbergs charities that provide poll workers to various counties to count votes, at no charge, is highly unethical. Zuckerberg is a danger to democracy. Biden has people speaking to the pressing saying that they want to shut down the nation, the entire nation, for six to eight weeks. There are federal and state laws that prohibit employment blacklisting. If you find you have been or are being threatened by blacklisting, you can sue for defamation or discrimination. You can file a blacklisting complaint with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission if you think discrimination is involved. This happens in the workforce that endorses that blacklisting is discrimination.
