Nancy Pelosi wanted chaos in this election, that is why she pushed mail in voting, she knew there would be election fraud. So she muddied the waters so the American people couldn't see it. You and I have seen a lot of bad reporting. Media outlets reporting news that do not follow ethical practices. Stories that are designed to do damage. News to sway listeners to their political agenda. Ethics in reporting or telling a story is no longer ethical. The Society of Journalists have their code of ethics published on their website. Americans lost an election last night. A media tried to manipulate the electoral numbers and in the calling of states. Then we saw certain Democratic states try to stop the election from flowing through and stopped the count and did not protect the ballots. The media needs to be held accountable for the very bad election night reporting of results. They completely reported nonsense. They gave states to candidates when there was still a million plus votes that still needed to be counted. We saw Fox news have to take back their projections because they were wrong. And then Florida was called for Trump but the media would not report it. Unethical? Yes, very unethical. Hold these media outlets accountable and the politicians that are playing games with vote counting, it has got to stop! Today as Americans we cast our vote for President and a whole bunch of other positions. This is our day that our vote and voice gets heard and counted. Some of us may not like the individual that gets chosen, but as Americans we will respect the office and position of the President. That doesn't mean that we don't stop our fight for what we believe in, that continues - peacefully. Those that riot and try and destroy, they don't speak for anyone, just their own desire to destroy and create chaos. This voice is mute. November 3rd is election day in America. The day that we get to choose a President and other politicians. It is a very important day. No matter who you are voting for - I love you. Even though you are voting for someone that I don't agree with - I still love you and respect you. However, if you are going into the voting booth with pure hate, hen I am sorry for you. Hate has been pushed by social media, mainstream media and democrats on a daily basis. We have heard it from Republicans also. But hate never accomplishes anything - except it hurts a lot of people and communities. Lockdown have not worked. Lockdowns have done greater damage to nations and communities then the virus. Mental health issues have increased, greater suicides, businesses going out of business, Abuse has gone up, people have lost their jobs, and the end result is that Lockdowns create more death in this nation. This is a virus and it is going to live on. It floats in the air, is on surfaces, moves constantly. At some point in time the majority of you will get it. Lockdowns fail but thinking and moving forward does great things. Worker confidence has grown in the last few months because they know they can work and do their jobs anywhere they want to be. They can go into the office with confidence because they know how to live with a virus. They follow the rules. We all should be happy that our economy has grown by 33.1%. The other part of the story is that US workers are gaining confidence per a study by Linkedin. U.S. workers are steadily gaining confidence, according to Linkedin's Workforce Confidence Index. The index - which measures how Americans are feeling about their job security. It has risen, since April, it is up by 33 on a scale from -100 to +100. Workers are now use to the Covid rules of work and life are, they are complying, and they are working harder then ever from various places. They have the tools to do their job and they have confidence in the new way of working. Americans are very adaptable and push forward. The Economy is up and workers confidence is up. The Media have left their ethics of journalism and become a Mafia group of individuals pushing their own political agenda. The Society of Professional Journalists on their website have their code of ethics and it is a good set of codes. However, journalists no longer follow their own code. They feel their power as a journalist is their ability to push their own political views and agenda. Journalists have become corrupted by politics. That is a real problem because now so-called news is no longer trustworthy. It is no longer pure news, it is a political agenda. CNN, Fox, MSNBC and the major networks have stopped delivering the news. Bad unethical news gives you and me bad information. They do it to sway our views, to create fears, and in some cases to creat chaos. Ethics in the news is gone. So you and I have to hold them accountable, hold their advertisers accountable for promoting bad news based on political agenda's. Hold them accountable. Interesting! The trend on google for the past seven days in the United States is the question, "Can I Change My Vote?' After the last debate between Trump and Biden and especially over the weekend people are wanting to know how they can change their vote. The states searching is Idaho, Arizona, Rhode Island, Oklahoma and Florida. Now the answer to if you can change your vote is - yes, in some states. Such as Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, New York, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, and Connecticut. The Society of Journalists have a code of ethics that they have stopped following. The first part of their code is - Seek Truth and Report It. That is gone. Now it is a political agenda being pushed by a network or cable news source. Not one part of the code of ethics for journalist is no longer being followed. In my book, Ethically Thinking, It's Not That Hard, I have one chapter in the book called, "The Ethics Of The Media". I published their entire code of ethics, read it, and you will find that not one part of their code is being followed. We as Americans have to hold these reporters and news organizations accountable, hold them to their code of ethics. Facebook and Twitter have done a lot to destroy their business reputations by forcing censorship during a political season. They have imposed strict rules that shutdown freedom of speech. On Sunday Senator Chuck Shumer made a statement that he was going to boycott the Judicial committee and the Senate vote on the Supreme Court Justice. In yesterdays hearing the opening statements made by the Democrats was about Covid and pointing fingers at the President and Obamacare. Nothing about the role of a Judge or the constitution. Today I received an email from yelp telling me they want me to participate in their anti-discrimination program, and if I do they will put a note by my name, if I don't they will put a symbol showing I have not complied. Now, I am in compliance with all federal and state laws that are mandated that I comply with when it comes to discrimination, harassments, etc. Now Yelp is trying to tell me what to do on how to train my people, or they will put a mark by your name.
