The Bailey Pro Rodeo Company is alive and well producing some of the most entertaining events in the world of sports. Our guest, Kelly Klein discusses how his team and new ownership continue a standard of excellence based in North Dakota, that David Bailey started over 40 years ago in Oklahoma. It is amazing to watch the bucking horses and bulls that were born to buck or found on a trial and error basis, to the modern day era where most of the animals are genetically designed to perform doing what they instinctually like to do, jump high and kick hard.

Bull riders Frank Wall and Dylan Stewart of North Dakota are our guests this week on Word With A Champ. Frank, a 28 year old, is the 2016 Dual in the Dirt Finals Champion. Dylan is a 20 year old aspiring rodeo athlete that has accepted the help of his fellow veteran competitor. We discuss both have looked up to one of the sports all time greats, Terry Don West for guidance.

Bill Robinson survived 7 years in Vietnam Nam as a Prisoner of War. The sacrifice this hero made for our United States of America and her people, is immeasurable. Bills story and views of what people give to serve our country is inspirational, to say the least. We are honored to have this man on our show to recognize the privileges and freedoms that we have as Americans and those that died for our right to vote.

We invite tribal leaders and community high schools to increase existing efforts, or begin to develop this worthwhile and cost effective opportunity in reservation and small community school programs across the continent, towards the sport of wrestling. The WPRA the oldest and one of the largest women's sporting organizations in the world. The competition is second to none, in addition to being one of the most entertaining events in professional sports. The numbers are vast, considering the lady jockeys and horses involved. Carolynns active mind, class and consideration of others, provide the perfect person to deal with a lady's horse racing sport this magnitude. Over the years, it has always been a pleasure to communicate with Carolynn Veitor as it is today.

Navajo, Aaron Tsinigine won the 2015 Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, Team Roping Header, World Championship. The 10th round concluded Saturday to the 300th sold out crowd at the Thomas and Mack Arena in Las Vegas since moving there in 1985. Over 177,656 tickets were sold for this years Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. Today is a full report of newly crowned champions, best on 10 Average Champs and 10th go round winners.

Round 9 results of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo last night in Las Vegas, will report that every event championship, will come down to the final Saturday night, round 10 in the city of lights. Clayton Foltyn was the highlight of the night with an 88 point bull ride On Dakota Rodeos bucking bull Brown Sugar.

Team MGM, Trevor Brazil tied the arena record tie down roping at the Thomas and Mack Arena in Las Vegas with a 6.5 second time. The eighth of ten rounds concluded last night for the Wrangler NFR sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. Brett Stall, Minnesota Indian bull rider, Navajos, Derrick Begay, Aaron Tsinigine and Erich Rogers have all been successful on the worlds biggest stage of the sport at noted in this report.

Results, go round, lucky number 7, concluded last night, December 9 at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas. The WNFR paid 1.8 million in prize money the first year it was in the city of lights, 1985. It will pay $10.000,000.00, thirty one years and three hundred sold out performances later in 2015. Minnesota Indian Cowboy Brett Stall has won a lions share of the money covering his bulls in rounds 5, 6 and 7.
