The Time of Your Life
24/01/2016How our seasons can tell the story. We are definitely in the winter season, whether the weather has felt like it or not. In this part of the world, when you look at the seasons, it’s like each of them tells a story. One is about growing and developing, one is about thriving and resting, one is about maturing and reaping, and one is about waiting and anticipating. The seasons of the year are very much like the seasons of our lives. Whether you are in the spring, summer, autumn or winter of your life, every season has a story. And what we do in those seasons tells our story, often louder than we could tell it ourselves. This includes what we do with our time, our resources, our very lives. We believe your life has something to say. We also believe that God invites you into His story, and that He wants to bless your life. In this series we will discover how our seasons can tell the story, and maybe even hear what God wants to say about that as well.

A Transformed Life!
08/02/2015During the Christmas season we were reminded of those who have very little and are in need. At Gateway Church we were privileged to bless some of them, through various charities and outreach endeavours. And then came Christmas Day, when we give and receive gifts, and then Boxing Day, when some of us buy even more for ourselves or others. By that time, it would seem we are experiencing abundance. So it’s quite easy for us to think that an abundant life is defined by how much stuff we have. But there are many who have much, and yet they experience anything but an abundant life. Maybe true abundance is about something much more. And maybe we are all in need of that. Regardless of whether you have much or little, real abundant life is possible for you in every way. Join us Sunday mornings from January 4th to February 8th, to hear all about abundant life, and how it can be possible for you!

Living the Spiritual Life 2014
28/12/2014At the beginning of this year, we challenged ourselves to look at things differently, to realign areas of our lives, to reorder our priorities, and to pursue activities that we knew we should. This weekend we look back through 2014 at living the spiritual life, one that is deeper and far more purposeful than just the natural or physical. It’s the kind of life we can have . . . thank God!
