Shoutout to friends of the show Cameron and Miyagi for supplying this week's beers. The first is a DIPA from Treehouse Brewing called "Very Green." It's the Imperial version of their renowned IPA "Green." Like it's smaller incarnation, it's brewed with Australian and American hops and clocks in at 8.3% abv. The second is a barrel-aged version of Deschutes' "Clack Butte Porter." We're drinking "Black Butte³." This batch comes in at a whopping 12.6% abv. This week on the podcast we discuss "Shaft." It's the third(ish) film in a franchise about John Shaft Jr; an FBI cyber security expert, hellbent on uncovering the truth behind his best friend's untimely death.
