We live in a world today where lots of things demand our attention constantly. Right after we overcome one problem, another suddenly steps in. The Lord knows how tiring this can be. He understands our need for someone to give us hope, someone who we can trust & give us rest. He is The One that we need. If you feel burdened today, it's time to rest in God's presence. Quit thinking too much and carrying the burden on your own. Just entrust everything to Him & you will find rest for your tired and weary soul. [ "Come to Me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest." -Matthew 11:28 ]

Whenever we feel tired of waiting for God's answer to our prayers, His grace enables us to move forward. Trusting in His grace means we don't have to strive and struggle through this life to prove ourselves and to make it on our own. God sometimes delays, but He always comes. "And those who know Your name put their trust in You, for You O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You." -Psalm 9:10

What do you do when your heart is filled with worry? Each of us will encounter trials in our lives. There will be times when we feel overwhelmed by our problems. Whenever you feel like giving up, always remember what the Lord has promised you. Jesus said, "Do not worry about tomorrow...for your Father knows exactly what you need even before you ask him." (Matt 6:8,34) If you want to experience peace today, go and meditate on God's Word for you. Choose to believe in Him, because His words will never pass away. [ "Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about you." -1 Peter 5:7 ] [ "Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to Him than they are?" -Matthew 6:26 ]

In Matthew 6:27, Jesus asked, "who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?" This statement shows how God takes our fears seriously. He asks us to not worry because having doubts in our mind will only lead to complaining. When we doubt God, we tend to make decisions outside of His will. We tend to do things on our own. He is reminding us today that if we want to see miracles happen in our life, we need to learn to trust Him completely and live by faith. "Then Jesus said, Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?" - John 11:40

What do you need from God today? Are you sad? Then He can be your source of true joy. If you are sick, Jesus is your Healer.. In bondage? He will be your Deliverer and Provider. God introduced Himself to Moses as "I am who I am". He wanted to tell His people that, "I am your God, I'll be whoever you need Me to be." As His children, it is God's will to deliver us from any bondage we are facing today, He is just waiting for us to surrender ourselves to His care and tell Him, "Have your way Lord. Let Your will be done in my life..." [ Then the Lord told him, “I have certainly seen the oppression of My people. I have heard their cries of distress. Yes, I am aware of their suffering. So I have come down to rescue them..." - Exodus 3:7-8 ]

Many times, we say we are trusting God, but our minds are constantly worrying. The Lord is reminding us today to trust in Him always and lean not in our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5) Do you feel tired of thinking about a certain fear or problem? Are you tired of the pain and confusion? Then God is telling you right now to give your mind a rest. Lay aside all your worries, breathe slowly, spend time with Him and just focus on hearing His divine direction. He promised to never turn away if you will just come to Him. ["Peace I leave with you, My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." - John 14:27]

Never doubt the goodness of God in your life. The enemy has no power and authority over you. Everything that you need is already made available for you through His Word. "The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life." -John 6:63

It's true, God hears our prayers. He alone has the power to answer the cries of our heart. But, as His children, it's also important that we learn how to get in agreement with His perfect will every time we pray. When we pray according to God's will, we can rest in the knowledge that everything will fall in the right places in His perfect time. "But the Lord's plans stand firm forever; His intentions can never be shaken."-Psalm 33:11

What we do in secret is far more important to God than what we do on the outside. Keep in mind that we may not be able to please everyone, but if we please our Father in Heaven at all times, we can expect favor and blessings to show up in places where we least expect it. Goodness & mercy will follow us wherever we will go. "...and your Father who sees in secret shall reward you openly." -Matthew 6:4

Are you scared or clueless about what the future holds? Maybe you have been waiting for God to make a move in your life; but the truth is, all along, He has always been at your door waiting for you to let His Word to come in your home and in your heart. [ "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with Me." -Revelation 3:20 ]

We all know that God wants us to trust Him. But most of the time, when trials come our way, we walk around with worries in our heart that steal our peace and joy. Doubts will always arise when we listen to our feelings instead of God’s Word. If your faith feels weak today, God is reminding you that He is the kind of Father who never forgets the needs of His children “And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink, do not worry about it…Your Father knows that you need them. But seek first His kingdom and all these things will be given to you as well.” -Luke 12:29-31

Just as we don’t let anybody who knocks on our door come in and enter our homes, we should also not let the enemy barge in and fill our minds with things that displeases the Lord. God has given us the authority to control what enters our minds. Let's be wise in guarding it, having complete awareness that our thoughts will greatly affect our lives. "Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise."-Philippians 4:8

Do you want to be detached from worry? Do you want be set free from the heaviness of catching up with the world? If your circumstances have been difficult lately, God is reminding you that contentment and true peace will never come in our life, unless we understand deeply who's the "The True Source" of everything that we need. [ "Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--His good, pleasing and perfect will." -Romans 12:2 ]

We all know that our salvation is a free gift from God. But one thing we must also remember is that "the blessing" of God comes through obedience. The Lord says, "If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land..." It is our Father's will for us to prosper, that's why He is reminding us today that the sooner we choose to follow and obey His will, the faster we will experience and receive His great plan for us. [ "See, today I am letting you choose a blessing or a curse. You will be blessed if you obey the commands of the Lord your God that I am giving you today." -Deuteronomy 11:26-27 ]

Are there moments when you can't seem to understand what's happening in your life? Are you close to giving up? God wants to remind you today that He cares for you & that everything that is happening right now has a reason. The Word of the Lord is clear. God cares for His own children and there is nothing He won't do for them. He is a good Father who wants His children to hear what's in His heart and how much He cares for their needs. [ "So each generation should set its hope anew on God, not forgetting his glorious miracles and obeying his commands."- Psalm 78:7 ]

If you are tired, worried and desperately need a break, God can give you the rest that you need. Today, He wants you to hold on to His promise that, "He will set you apart from all other people to be His very own." [ "Of all the people on earth, the LORD your God has chosen you to be his own special treasure." - Deuteronomy 7:6 ]

Stability is a spiritual blessing that God has already given us. Because through Him, we can do all things & nothing is impossible. Today, God is reminding us that, the "best weapon" when we are attacked is our "DECISION" to never give up. [ "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."- Isaiah 41:10 ]

God wants us to know that His Word is not just about knowledge, but also about trust and obedience. The foundation of a blessed life is not just hearing God’s word, but by applying it in every area of our lives. This is one of the marks of a true worshiper of God. He is reminding us today that through spending time with Him, we can learn how to love unselfishly and have wisdom in every decision that we will make. [ "Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock." -Matthew 7:24 ]

Are you at a point in your life where you feel like you can't trust anyone anymore? Do you sometimes feel uncertain & fearful of your future? Today, God wants to remind us that we can trust Him at His Word, and that His promises never fail. People may sometimes disappoint us, but we have a God who will always be there to back us up. As long as we choose to put our FULL trust in Him, our future will always be secured. ["Trust in the LORD and do good. Then you will live safely in the land and prosper."-Psalm 37:3]

Are you going through something that you feel is impossible? Well, God has given us the solution to impossible situations. We may be tempted at times to complain about our problems, but God wants us to learn how to think positively & speak about His faithfulness even in those days when we feel like giving up. Times may be tough at this point in our lives but God is assuring us today that, whatever it is we are going through - there is a way out. Faith removes fear. We need to just believe how powerful our God is, that He can reverse the negative things that are happening in our lives today. [Overhearing what they said, Jesus told him, "Don't be afraid; just believe."- Mark 5:36]
