5 years ago, in the wake of the biggest real estate collapse in recent history, our organization got its start. The first year, our founder Wayne Sheaffer bought and sold forty-eight houses. From those humble beginnings, Wayne Sheaffer and Tom Olson have now built a nationally recognized company buying and selling over 250 deals a year. Although we have found our niche in the real estate industry, we have learned valuable lessons along our journey that can help any type of business make it to the next level.
