How is this possible? Abraham had to wait 25 years to see how God would fulfill this promise. God is faithful and we can trust in Him to keep His word, even if we have to wait.

Peter asks Jesus about John's life and Jesus tells him that it is none of his concern. Peter's concern instead is to follow Jesus. God is sovereign. He has a plan for each and everyone of His followers and chooses to use them for His honor and glory. Our main concern in life is to follow Jesus.

John encourages us to believe as well. What does it mean to believe? Do you believe that Jesus is who He claimed to be?

While they are there, Peter disowns Jesus three times, but when we look at the book of Acts, we see Peter boldly proclaiming the Gospel. What happened to this man? The same transformation needs to take place in our lives as well so that we will boldly proclaim that we are followers of Jesus.
