We took 3 short weeks off and damn near the whole world is going bananas. If you squint you can almost see the silver lining in a new criminal justice reform bill adequately titled "First Step." Sounds like it may ease trumped up crack charges and increase earned "good time" for federal prisoners. Like it says, it's a "first step." But more than anything, there's one burning question we want the answer to: who is the King of R&B and what is a Jaquis? It's time to opine.
