While onboard the Hellion for "Snake Hands" Jimmy Ferguson's bachelor party, Sam, Zenobia, and Bobby-Jack had started out the evening enjoying a little gambling, drinking, and debauchery. Things appeared to turn quickly south, however, when Cam Doolittle sat down at a strange card game, at the urging of Bobby-Jack, and began to lose his money... mostly because of Bobby's bad gambling advice. Now, as the party rolls on, our party is about to find out that money is the least of what Cam has lost and that nothing aboard the Hellion is what it seems.

It's the Friday before the big wedding between "Snake Hands" Jimmy Ferguson and Annabelle Doolittle - a joining of two of the biggest clans in Tumbleson - and it's time for a bachelor party. To try and bury the hatchet between the Fergusons and McGees, Bobby-Jack has been invited by Jimmy to join in on the fun, but reluctant to go it alone, he's concocted a plan to bring Zenobia and Samantha with him. Surprisingly, it all looks to be going according to said plan until the party realizes the party is on the move and, once the real festivities begin, the trio may have found themselves up a river without a paddle.

Little Maxine Harmon's soul is still trapped inside a corn-cob doll, a fate crueler than death placed upon her by her own family. Zenobia, Sam, and Humphrey have been trying to use the Harmon Family Bible's secrets to help free Maxine, but only have found more questions than answers out in the sacrificial forest beyond Youngtown. Returning to the book store has only made things worse as the trio has managed to somehow get transported into Zenobia's creepy dollhouse. Now it's up to the party to save Maxine, and themselves, and the discovery of what's REALLY inside the tiny wooden house will reveal something about one Tumblesonian's past and forever alter the future.

Zenobia, Sam, and Humphrey had gone back into the woods outside of Youngtown. The trio had set out to follow up on a little bit of Harmon family history in an effort to try and bring peace to Maxine Harmon, whose tiny soul had been trapped inside a creepy corn-cob doll. However, once out amongst the forest that doubled as the final resting place of many a Harmon girl, Samantha's sight zeroed in on a particular tree trying to branch out and touch someone. Have they found a way to bring closure to a little girl's spirit or will the tree's bite be worse than its bark?

It's been a quiet two weeks in Tumbleson County, all things considered. Or at least it had been until Zenobia Albreicht started diving back into the Harmon Family Bible in an effort to bring peace to the spirit of the young girl trapped inside the corn-cob doll found in Granny Harmon's lean-to out in the woods several weeks before. Now, while Zenobia digs deeper into Harmon history, Sam Wesson is digging her fingers deeper and deeper into her ears to drown out the creepy doll's inner child. But, it's what Wee Humphrey digs up that's gonna rattle the trio down to their bones.

We kick off a week-long Minion Minute Marathon with Aaron talking to Ross Watson about the upcoming Kickstarter for Torg Eternity, game development, and other related what-not, from Chupacabracon in Austin, Texas !

All hell has broken loose at Parcell State - literally. Otis Lee has shown himself to be a) more than just your average, run-of-the-mill serial killer and b) even deadlier a foe in the afterlife. With a wandering Wee Humphrey having joined the action, Horace, Simon, Alexander St. John, Nurse Virginia Parcell, and the hapless prison guard, Ronnie James, must figure out how to survive the wrath of the Rambler. It's going to take some hole-y intervention to save them... and somebody isn't going to make it out alive.

Horace and Simon had been called up to Parcell State Farm by a mysterious telegram from Warden Parcell. Upon arrival, they met a peculiar prison guard, Ronnie James, and Parcell's head nurse, Virginia Parcell, the warden's niece. And if also finding pulp writer Alexander St. John snooping around for an interview with the notorious Rambler wasn't unexpected enough, the bombshell dropped on them minutes later by Nurse Parcell made up for it - Otis Lee had committed suicide and, worse, had named the Sheriff and Revenue Agent, among others, as targets of revenge from beyond the grave. Getting suddenly and viciously attacked by a parliament of owls out of nowhere, then, was just icing on the proverbial cake. Can the group get to the bottom of the avian agression, or will Otis Lee exact his revenge and give them all the bird?

While the rest of the town has been tied up, verging on literally, across the Old Man River in the Devil's Backyard, Horace Ferguson and Simon Grey have been summoned to Parcell State Farm up in Nevermind at the behest of Warden Parcell. If only they had only turned on the radio before leaving Youngtown. What they'll discover upon arrival ranges from unexpected to unexplainable to just plain unholy. And, when all is said and done, a whole lot of loose ends are going to get tied up. The question is, will the Sheriff and Revenue Agent get unraveled beforehand? Strap in for the ride up to northern Tumbleson County, folks - this episode is going to be a real hoot.

Between the burlesque dancer getting the jump on our heroines and Bobby-Jack getting mixed up in bar fight with the Boudreaux Brothers in the Hoochie Coochie Cabaret, they had all gotten busted up pretty bad. Luckily, Sam's quick thinking had gotten Zenobia and her gunshot wounds to a local doctor. The question is - just how flexible is the mysterious Dr. Jericho when it comes to the Hippocratic Oath?

Zenobia had been recruited to prevent the "Battiste's Beast of Burlesque", Crazy Jane Marmalade from coming across the river and ruining the upcoming wedding between her ex-lover "Snake Hands" Jimmy Ferguson and Annabelle Doolittle, an extended member of the wealthy Gold family. But upon crossing the Old Man River to get to Jubilation, Miss Albreicht and her accomplices, Sam and Bobby-Jack, spied something odd in the depths of the murky water below them. Is it an immediate threat or a sign of what awaits them in the Devil's Backyard?
