This weeks Five Minutes With Da Gee! DaGman shares his views on Footballers taking a Knee and what sort of impact he feels it has had on the English game. This topic has been very divisive which players recently speaking out about having to take the knee, feeling that the impact has been lost from the gesture and it now being a PR exercise for those in power. Players being abused on social media, do the powers that be in football & Government need to do more & do the media have a part to play? In this episode Straight Shootin' LJA discusses the issue of players being abused on social media recently, including Marcus Rashford, Reece James & others, and looks at whether or not perception of black players in the media, basically encourages the abuse via consistently negative portrayal.
