Claire was a brilliant research nurse and secretary at St Marys Junior Football Club, a great wife, Mam and friend to many and she sadly lost her battle with cancer on 2nd March 2016. The school has just been awarded Green Flag status as recognition for all the work the children are doing to promote sustainability. They have been addressing many of the global issues facing us today, including renewable energy, recycling, reducing waste and the problem of litter. They have demonstrated that it is possible for us all to play our part as guardians of the planet.
