how to start developing mindset
25/05/2020 Duración: 07min"You've gotta have the right mindset!" You hear all that from "motivational speakers" on Instagram. In today's video, Galit and I give several ways in how to start developing your mindset. talk to yourself for a moment
27/04/2020 Duración: 19minI think self talk is one of the most underrated tools in our personal growth arsenal. A lot what we say affects our physiology (https://psychcentral.com/blog/words-can-change-your-brain-2/) (https://www.td.org/insights/how-words-affect-our-brains). In the moment of failure, when you have no one else to cheer you on, that's where YOU need to talk to yourself for a moment. That's where you need to be your own cheerleader. Your self talk in the middle of those moments are what can help you persevere through the most challenging of times. your body is a blabber mouth
08/04/2020 Duración: 05minThere are a lot of instances where our bodies will hold on to certain past experiences. As a dancer or performer, not only is it important to fully utilize our body for our craft, but also to listen to it. Your body is a blabber mouth. It definitely speaks up when you're injured or hurt. But it also speaks to you when you're not hurt, and those messages aren't always as clear as day. Which is why having a proper coping mechanism or seeing a therapist can help you see things from a different perspective. Follow Vicki: http://instagram.com/vixmae
