I've found it helpful to incorporate Wim Hof breathing with meditative practice, as the technique brings one so quickly into a serene, clarified state. - Not to mention the positive side-effects of clearing inflammation, and increasing (in micro-dose amounts) the endogenous dmt naturally produced within our own bodies, particularly in the lungs which deep breathing practices help activate. In this episode, I share a story of a meeting marked by synchronicities, and the thoughts that this meeting inspired, regarding awakening through authentic being, particularly in uncertain times as these.  Even amidst the chaos and uncertainty of our times, I am seeing so many bright souls awakening to a unifying purpose, a way of attending to life that transcends division.
