Unfortunately life is a stressful business and our focus and productivity reaches the upper limits more often than we would choose for. When we learn self mastery into what triggers us, and how we recognise our focus has gone, it is then possible to step back, rest, reevaluate and ultimately reapply your optimum levels of energy to the right task at the right time.
