We BEGIN to solidify our response to God’s revelation by forming beliefs. But that process of solidifying must CONTINUE on and through a response in our actual doing. Scripture is clear on this point - our beliefs, our faith, must show up in how we live life in order to be a living, vibrant faith.

Belief is where we begin to solidify our response to those things God has revealed to us. God has revealed himself through Jesus Christ, and we are invited to believe.

The tempter hasn't changed his tactics - the same question he posed to Eve in the Garden, and to Jesus in the wilderness is what he's saying to us: Did God really say...?

For today and the next four weeks, we’re going to explore what about God and us and life are knowable, and ask ourselves some questions in regard to that. We are also going to come to terms with the reality that God has hidden some things, they are a mystery to us, not revealed and therefore not knowable. We will find that when we give our attention to the revealed things, rather than pursuing answers to questions that God has chosen to keep hidden, we will be living in a new level of trust and faith that gives our spiritual life energy, strength, stability and power.

On this Labor Day Weekend, we are encouraged to know that we can experience abundant enthusiasm in everything we do for the Lord, because none of it is ever useless.

The Holy Spirit has a winning personality that shines through as we deepen our relationship with Him.

The Holy Spirit is a Person. He is our Paraclete. And we receive power when the Holy Spirit fills us.

True spiritual life, is born of the Spirit. Jesus said: “…the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life." As you enter into the Spirit birth, you begin seeing and entering the Kingdom of God. Nurture the spiritual life, living by Kingdom principles, and put intention into designing your life according to God’s will. And be filled with the Holy Spirit, letting every moment be an opportunity that is fitting and God-given, saturated with purpose. Jesus was asked which commandment is greatest, and he quoted Deuteronomy: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ Worship is loving God with all of our being - our emotions, our intellect, our will and our physical bodies.

Text: Luke 12:16-34 In this text, Jesus addresses two attitudes toward life - greed and worry. The tools of detachment and generosity help us grow in these areas.

Pastor Craig shared the message for Father's Day, and focused on the tool of WORDS for experiencing transformation.

The tools discussed this week are engaging with Scripture - learning about the practice of Lectio Divina, and engaging in prayer, with an encouragement to never give up.

The old has gone; the new has come! How do we live into the transformation available to us through life in Christ? What are the practices that move us from living with disconnected beliefs into an integrated faith life? This series explores the tools available to us in the process of transformation.

There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. - John 15:13 NLT May we honor and celebrate the victories won for us by Jesus, and be careful not to build memorials to things that he died to save us from.

The Day of Pentecost shifted the paradigm forever. The outpouring of the Holy Spirit was on all people - fulfilling the promise of the Father.

"You are witnesses of these things." The natural outflow of transforming community is proclamation.
