PEG INTERVIEWS EDM DJ/PRODUCER BALLEW BIO American DJ, Kristina, "Ballew", also known as "BallewItUp"(Blew IT UP), is that same half ass model, low key comedian, and music obsessed EDM DJ/producer that came out of nowhere summer 2020 on social media. She got her start as a DJ working for "A Party's Favorite Entertainment" as a local event DJ, taught by owner, Tyrone Chavers. In her free time she started mixing edm/trap/dubstep hybrid sets and started playing them for her friends. A year into DJing, she began playing around with loops and samples learning to produce her own music and find her own sound. She is now a student at Berklee College Of Music studying for her bachelor's in electronic music production and sound design in hopes to make a full time career as an artist/producer. PEG Interviews Pop/PostPunk Duo Psychopets BIO: The Psychopets is a Swedish/French alternative pop/postpunk duo based in Gothenburg, Sweden.  The duo consists of Anna and Julien who have completely different backgrounds geographically, but have their heart in the same music genre. They both grew up with the glittery 80-ies sound, but also with the smearing distorted electric guitar sound from the grunge era of the 90-ies. The mix of these two worlds become a genre-bending that’s melodic, raw, heavy and groovy, with elements of synth and electro. They both share an intense interest in human behavior, psychological and societal issues, the side effects of postmodernism increasing polarization and everything that shapes the mad society we live in today. Enoltra produces music in multiple genres: trance, techno, ambient and experimental. She is currently working towards her Master's degree in Sound Design at FH Joanneum, one of the best universities in Austria. Enoltra comes from a background in Graphic Design and she is currently working on research projects exploring new ways of multisensory perception. Her endeavors are inspired by her audio-visual synaesthesia. The long-term goal of Enoltra's music is to not only provide artistic value, but also healing with sound.
