Hanifa is a certified Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master Practitioner who graduated from Beloit College in 2001 with a B.A. in Communications & Russian & Soviet Studies. Hanifa is the Principal Organizer & Co-Founding Practitioner of One Village Healing , a wellness and resilience initiative dedicated to creating spaces, gatherings, and programming, rooted in the values of the healing justice movement so all people can heal from the emotional, physical and spiritual impacts of systems of oppression. She also currently works with Co-Creating Effective and Inclusive Organizations as the Director of Community Engagement and is a leader of the New Haven Community Leadership Program. In November of 2020 Hanifa joined the founding team of Fireside Project as the Cultivator Of Beloved Community. Fireside Project developed and launched first national Psychedelic Peer Support Line in April 2021. As a sacred activist Hanifa views her creative gifts as radical tools for liberation, healing, and community building.

For 15 years, Harry Grammer has been the head instructor and training for all New Earth programming that is offered to over 1,500 incarcerated and formerly incarcerated youth per year in Los Angeles County. Harry has personally worked directly worked with over 15,000 youth since the inception of the organization. In addition to developing and teaching core curriculum, and designing new programs, Harry also trains and manages New Earth staff both in detention centers and at New Earth’s two charter school reentry centers.He has a stellar track record with an 83% success rate in keeping the youth he works with from recidivating and on a path of productivity. While in Europe, Broderick met and worked with a wide variety of composers, singers, and songwriters including Nils Frahm, Greg Haines, Laura Gibson, Yann Tiersen, Olafur Arnalds, and Lubomyr Melnyk.Broderick was by this time an in-demand session player, engineer, and producer, but kept up a steady stream of his own work on EPs, singles, and film scores, and he accepted composition commissions for dance and the theater. Though he has spent most of his life teaching wilderness skills, his training in martial arts, dance, acting, literature, and music have made him well versed for both entertaining, and educational TV/Film. He has been referred to as the real "Tarzan" of Southern Utah by several published sources. In his early years he was a climber, surfer, mountain runner, and TV consultant. At age 23, he ran the length of California on the pacific Crest Trail (1,700 miles) in 58 days.
