Market Research: Connect with your Customer

By identifying 4 or 5 customer demographics and determining other businesses that cater to them, you can go to some of these businesses and find out some of the things that they are doing to build relationships with them and keep them coming back. Identifying different groups that you would like to focus on is only the first step. Determining how you can appeal to their needs is where the relationship can grow. THE CHALLENGE: Identify 4-5 groups of people that you would like to better connect with. Find 3-4 businesses that cater to each of these groups. Pick 2 businesses from each group and go to them and experience what the business has to offer. (Chucky Cheese can be one!)
