Mike holds the Guinness Book of World Record for the recording highest dunk that he earned in 2000 by dunking a basketball on a basket 12 feet off the floor. Mike shares the journey of a man-on-the-go, supporting a family and evolving into a father and husband who knows his role as a teammate on and off the court.

Amelia Boone is a champion obstacle racer as well as an attorney. She has won the World's Toughest Mudder in 2012 and then became a Spartan Race World Champion in 2013. Listen in as Amelia tells how she accidentally got into obstacle racing and how she is able to race and win while still working as an attorney all day.

As an example of her "Take the harder path but see it through" Amelia tells of a story of a fight she had with a 5-gallon bucket of water during The Death Race.

Tyler shares a sentimental reflection back when he was in high school. As his grandfather became more ill, Tyler shares a conversation he had speaking with his ailing grandfather and that his grandfather told Tyler that he would "try like hell" to keep up with him as a runner!

Tyler McCandless is a professional distance runner, coach and PhD student (with current BS and MS degrees in Meteorology from Penn State). He runs between 90 and 100 miles per week, 50 weeks out of the year. Tyler travels all over the world to compete in marathons, including both local USA Cross Country Championships races in Boulder and faraway competitions such as the Kauai Marathon in Hawaii.  He is currently working in Boulder, Colorado studying Meteorology with a focus on solar power forecasting. His current goal is to earn his PhD before the 2016 Olympic Marathon trials and be a contender for the Olympic team.
