Who Are You takes immense pride in inviting experienced and quality guests to share all of the lessons they have learned during their current or past participation in sports. Through their experiences dealing with success and failure, listeners will learn from real-life stories and how influential sports have been during our guest's journey through life; which has created the foundation for their current mindset and focus. "Who Are You: The Life Lessons of Sports" is dedicated to opening the door and allowing amazing people from all over the world to share their stories with our listeners in order to help them understand the incredible life lessons that may be learned from sports. 29/06/2014is a former professional lacrosse player who played professional box lacrosse in the National Lacrosse League (NLL) and professional field lacrosse in the Major League Lacrosse (MLL). Hubbard starred as a member of the Princeton Tigers Men's lacrosse team from 1995 through 1998, where he earned Ivy League Player of the Year, Ivy League Rookie of the Year, three All-American recognitions from the USILA, four Ivy League championships, and three national championships. Jesse holds Princeton lacrosse scoring records for both career and single-season goals. At Princeton, the Tigers experienced and were the undefeated league champions won the 1996, 1997 and 1998 NCAA Division 1 Men's Lacrosse Championships, becoming the first team to three-peat since 1988–90 and the first to be recognized to have done so without an NCAA scandal since Johns Hopkins from 1978–80.

At the moment he is a free agent and is currently going on a futboll league tryout with Newport County. Jerson has played for many clubs including Crystal Palace, Charlton Athletic and has tried out for other teams such as Chelsea and QPR. Now he is trying very hard to get back to the top. Jerson speaks 4 languages and understands over 7. Jerson is a man with a plan to become an International Agent once his playing days inevitably end.

22/06/2014John Bly is a 22-year coach and summer camp director with coaching experience at the college, high school and youth levels. Currently he is the Assistant Baseball Coach Division III School in New Hampshire. John has significant experience in scouting, recruiting, evaluations of high school and college baseball players. John created his own business, The Game of Baseball, in 2009 to host baseball camps and clinics. The purpose of camps of the clinics to raise money for non-profit groups and organizations; and the Boston Red Sox as well as members of their organization have supported John’s programs over the years. Instructors of John’s camp, the Game of Baseball include: Dan Duquette, Adrian Gonzalez, Jason Varitek, Lou Merloni, Mike Timlin, Terry Francona, David Ortiz, Dick Berardino and Wes Welker. John also helps organize and bring a youth football clinics with The New England Patriots Alumni Players Group. John resides in Concord, NH with his wife Julie and their two children Nicholas and Katie.
