Ana Carrasco Wins Like a Girl & Iannone Podiums - Ep. 106
03/10/2018 Duración: 01h41minSince we failed at recording last week, we've got twice as much to cover with Aragon MotoGP AND Magny-Cours WSBK. We cover the highlights, namely Iannone with Suzuki and Ana Carrasco in WSS300. But of course there was a bunch of other drama: Jorge whining about Marquez and their make-up phone call, Yamaha's irrelevance in GP, Aleix Esparagaro's performance on the Aprilia, and a bunch of other random things. Then we finish off with a few listener questions.

Romano Fenati Is Black-Balled - Ep. 105
12/09/2018 Duración: 02h16minOff-track action overshadowed what turned out to be some average races this weekend at Misano. Marquez tried to shake Rossi's hand. Romano Fenati went WAY TOO FAR and is now completely ousted from the paddock. And Dani Pedrosa might be signing to test ride for KTM. But wait, there was actually a race too. Yama-who showed us once again that they don't have a handle on the tires, electronics, or anything needed to win in GP anymore. Jorge made a somewhat rare mistake. And Dovi rode a nail-bitingly perfect race.We finish this one off with some interesting listener questions, including a few that have nothing to do with MotoGP.

Undeterred, A Kyle Wyman Interview - Ep. 104
04/09/2018 Duración: 01h41minMotoAmerica's Kyle Wyman sits down with BrotoGP for a big heart-to-heart interview. We've all seen him race and on social media, but do we really know who he is as a racer, a team owner, or as a person?First we talk about the upcoming race in New Jersey and why its previously been a great round for him. We jump back to the last round at PittRace and figure out what changed. Rob get's to talk tires a bit as Kyle describes the difficulties with some mid-season changes from Dunlop. Then things get real serious as we find out who Kyle is and what trials and tribulations he's faced throughout his life and racing career. He's living the dream of racing motorcycles for a living and he's worked for it.

Pierre Terblanche, The Anticipation of Divergence
03/09/2018 Duración: 01h01minFamous - or perhaps infamous - few design illicit the response that those of Pierre Terblanche do. On this episode we delve further than ever before as we analyze the motorcycles of the controversial South African designer. Just how much do our reactions to Pierre’s machines reflect our own worldview? Find out on BrotoGP After Dark.

The Silverstone Debacle & Cancelled Races - Ep. 103
30/08/2018 Duración: 01h05minThere's no race to talk about because MotoGP cancelled the Silverstone Grand Prix due to unsafe track conditions. The whole weekend was a huge debacle that left everyone very unhappy and one rider seriously injured. BrotoGP isn't going to leave all our fans hanging. So here's our take on all the events of the failed GP weekend in the UK. Stick around until the end for 'BrotoGP Awards'.

Austrian GP and the New Jorge Lorenzo - Ep. 102
15/08/2018 Duración: 01h56minLast weekend, we were surprised when Jorge Lorenzo rode like someone else. This weekend in Austria, he proved the New Jorge is here to stay - and he can win. Marc Marquez showed us again that he can tranform from WinOrBin to WinOrPodium. Dovi put up a fight, but one bigger mistake took him out of the running and now Ev is worried about him. Yamaha is still down in the dumps. And Scott Redding blew up in all the right ways.BrotoGP was also at Sonoma Raceway this past weekend for MotoAmerica. We interviewed some racers like Kyle Wyman, Josh Herrin, and Josh Hayes, went pro with some questions in the press conference, and had an amazing race weekend. There's plenty to talk about with MotoAmerica and the future of American Road Racing - maybe Scott Redding will be part of it.We cover Moto2 real quick, with a few highlights. Then we finish this one off with some listener questions from Instagram.

I Clapped For Bizarro Jorge Lorenzo at Brno - Ep. 101
08/08/2018 Duración: 01h32minI'm not even sure Jorge Lorenzo expected his performance at Brno. Maybe he felt that result coming, but there's no way he knew that everything about his race would be very anti-Jorge. I clapped and he deserved it. Is he finally embracing the villain role - I doubt it, but we can hope.Dovi, Jorge, and Ducati put together an amazing weekend at a bogey track. Marquez showed new levels of maturity in his 100th race in the premier class. And Yamaha faltered ever so slightly... again with some help from Stephan Bradl. BrotoGP breaks all that down and Kev drops a few surprises in there for you too. Then we get into Moto2 and the continuing lack of Spanish winners. Pecco, Balda, and Luca Marini are showing what VR46 has to offer the pro road racing world. Oliveria improved his QP woes and is riding the KTM like the title challenger we knew he would be. We expect the whole Moto2 season to continue to build so keep watching.

Moto2 & Moto3 Mid-Season Review - Ep. 100
01/08/2018 Duración: 02h01minWe haven't found the time this season to talk about Moto2 and Moto3 - until now! Here's all the Moto2 talk you could ever want and a good chunk about Moto3 as well. There are many many sidebars about the talent progression through the GP classes, VR46 and their input into the development of riders, and how silly season is impacting our excitement for each class. And of course, we finish this one off with a few listener questions from social media. Kev even makes a drunk GOAT prediction - enjoy!

Sachsenring, Rossi, & Yamaha's Double Podium - Ep. 99
18/07/2018 Duración: 01h27minMarc Marquez pulled his normal performance at Sachsenring with pole position by a narrow margin and a very controlled win. You may or may not have been surprised - Rob was, Kev wasn't. Thankfully, there were better stories behind him in Yamaha and Ducati's performances. We then hit up Dani's announcement, the potential arrival of Fabio Quartararo in the class, and bag on Simon again. Kev's point is mostly unchanged on that last one. We try to finish off with a bunch of listener questions. Somehow WSBK and the potential explosion that could be their Silly Season comes up to keep this one going.

Forget the Traction Circle? - Rob's Tech Tape Vol. 4
14/07/2018 Duración: 36minIt's time to slow things down for Rob's Tech Tape. I only have 4 related questions this time, so we are going to go into much greater detail. All these questions are about riding skills, mostly for track use. There are many ways around a race track, but this is how I do it and importantly - why I do it and why I think it can work for everyone.

Marquez Grabs a Piece of Assen - Ep. 98
04/07/2018 Duración: 01h52minWhat can you say about one of the best GP races ever? Do you tell people it was amazing and then move on? No - this is BrotoGP! You stir the pot, drop the syllabus, and talk about everything you can. Ya we cover the race - Jorge's start, Rossi slamming into Lorenzo, Dovizioso and Rossi tangling, Marquez nearly falling off, Rins and Vinales finally putting it all together. But the stories, the drama, lie elsewhere. The race was slow AF, maybe due to the wind - and no one was able to pull away. Race direction felt it necessary to investigate someone making contact with Marquez. The tire compounds were all mixed up. Suzuki performs, but is it repeatable. Mav might be past his confidence issues. Zarco has reached the consequences of peak frame... Just like the race, this episode is all over the place as we try to cover it all.Of course, we finish off with some listener voicemails and questions from IG. Enjoy.

Lorenzo Doubles Down in Spain - Ep. 97
27/06/2018 Duración: 01h57minYou watched the Catalunya MotoGP race over a week ago, so we aren't talking much race action here. This time we are talking riders, their mental game, and how it affects performance. Jorge and his new fuel tank showed us again that he's not messing around. Marquez saved most of the crashes this time - Dovi didn't. And once again Rossi came through for a podium. Dani didn't retire. Mav didn't go much faster. And Michelin didn't make consistent tires. Those last 3 tenths might be all in their heads. So how are they doing it or why aren't they? Join us this time for some hard-hitting details as Ev comes back and Business Kev shows up.Listen to the end for details on those sick BrotoGP t-shirts.

Winning Yamahas in MotoAmerica & WorldSBK - Ep. 96
13/06/2018 Duración: 01h31minSuperbike racing had 2 amazing weekends recently with MotoAmerica at RoadAmerica and WorldSBK at Brno. You asked for more non-MotoGP coverage, so you are getting it!Toni Elias, Cam Beaubier, and Josh Herrin put in some amazingly hard passes in America's National Series for the best 2 races we've seen all year. Someone went down, drama bubbled up, and Rob wonders if penalties are going to get in the middle of this great racing. America still seems to follow "turnabout is fair play" and we like it.WorldSBK race 1 isn't worth talking about... but race 2, oh man. The two factory Kawasaki racers came together, reminding us of recent GP incidents. And again, Rob wonders about penalties - did Race Direction only not penalize Sykes because he crashed after? On top of that Alex Lowes put in a solid performance to take his first SBK win and Yamaha's 3rd in 4 races.Lastly, we introduce our new segment, the BrotoGP Hotline. Petrucci Iannone Rossi Rossi Dovi Hayden. Call us, ask a question, and you could make it o

Mugello, Jorge, and Skid Marc's - Ep. 95
06/06/2018 Duración: 01h52minMugello went down, and so did Marquez! New and unexpected is always thrilling. So even if Jorge leading out front for the entire race is 'meh', we were still excited by this one because he finally got his win on the Duc. Marquez fully crashed this race, going down and missing out on a grip of points. Kev has some rant-y ideas for why. Dovi and Rossi were exactly where they needed to be with solid performance to put 2 Italians on the podium. Petrucci whined a bit about Marquez's rough pass but still came away with a good finish. And since this was recorded on Tuesday, we had plenty of post-race Silly Season news to talk about: Dani out at HRC, Jorge to Repsol, Petrucci to Factory Duc, and more. This is Episode 95, not 94! Wups!

Le Moans - Ep. 94
30/05/2018 Duración: 01h45minWe owe everyone a LeMans GP episode, and you all know what happened - every rider that mattered honey-potted us into thinking the race was going to be amazing. Marquez dropped spots early to spice up the race. Jorge put on a good show in the first few laps. Dovi and Zarco had something for MM's race pace. And Danilo and Rossi had a good battle... but it all didn't matter. The Silly Season is still hot because we all don't know what Jorge is going to do. There's big rumors about Joan Mir and Suzuki. We talk some retirement for Dani Pedrosa. Iannone may go to Repsol. And Duc is publicly talking shit about Lorenzo. WTH?For the first time this season, WSBK gave us 2 unexpected exciting races. So we gotta cover it. No one would have guessed that Michael van der Mark would win, let alone completely own Rea and do the double. We try not to bag on Rea too much, but he is killing WSBK.We finish this one off with a few listener questions.

Ducati Dominos in Jerez - Ep. 93
09/05/2018 Duración: 01h46minThe Spanish Grand Prix at Jerez went down... and so did both Ducati Factory racers. Dani Pedrosa had a little something to do with it and the MotoGP title has swung to Marquez. But before we get there, Kev did some serious journalism on MM93 Boos so we gotta cover that. Then we talk about the crash, and for once no one agrees on who to blame. After that we jump over to Suzuki, their run of form, and their potential 2019 rider line-up. Zarco comes up, both for his podium and top Yamaha finish and signing for KTM. Then we make a ton of comparisons with Suzuki, KTM, and Yamaha. And finally, we round this out with a bunch of shit-talking... Cal Bashing Time and our Simon Watch. Enjoy.

Why Didn't Ducati's Monocoque Work - Rob's Tech Tape Vol. 3
02/05/2018 Duración: 29minRob's Tech Tape is back with more questions! The BrotoGP Army really came through when I asked for some hard ones. We hit up some history with Ducati's Monocoque and 500cc engine braking. There were a few questions about electronics and rider aids, especially for Moto2 in 2019. A few people wanted to know about chassis setup and swapping parts. Of course, Josh Herrin's Attach Performance Herrin Compound Superbike is in here. And lastly, Andrew Lee wants which tires go where... like he doesn't know.

Let's Talk Carbon Fiber Swingarms - Rob's Tech Tape Vol. 2
02/05/2018 Duración: 29minIts again time to ask Rob some tech questions, and now we have a segment title. "Rob's Tech Tape" is of course a play on words with the long running joke of "Title Of Rob's Sex Tape". Ya, a joke is less funny if I had to explain it, but you get it now. If you haven't heard it, watch or listen to the podcast! This time we hit 13 questions from all over Social Media and Youtube. We cover engine architecture, carbon fiber suspension products, Melandri's wobble/weave, engine braking, slip target, and more. You are probably thinking, "WTH is slip target". You'll just have to watch.

Why Does Lorenzo Ride Faster With Map8 - Rob's Tech Tape Vol. 1
02/05/2018 Duración: 27minWelcome to the first installment of 'Rob's Tech Tape'. This is where I (Rob) cover all the nerdy tech questions that you have about professional motorcycle road racing. I read rulebooks in my spare time, go over every tech article, and listen to every crew chief interview I can find. So I'm not completely full of it :D. I kind of went overboard with selecting questions. But you asked them on Instagram and Facebook, so I'm going to answer them.If you have any more tech questions or if you think I got anything seriously wrong, leave some comments on social media for BrotoGP. I'll be making these videos as long as you keep asking questions!

Upgraded A.I. Takes on T-1000, Fails - Ep. 92
26/04/2018 Duración: 02h04minThe COTA race was another snooze-fest because Marquez ran away with it... again. Thankfully BrotoGP is here to remind you of all the interesting shit that did happen. Iannone got an upgrade, made one hard pass, and maybe showed that Suzuki is making improvements. Marquez was penalized in qualifying, though it didn't really matter. The track surface was in shambles with old bumps, new bumps, and tons of dust from an attempted bump removal - Kev blames the weather. We talk Ducati and the very different fortunes of Dovi and Jorge. Rob even nerd's out and speculates why COTA is so mean to them. Of course, we compliment Simon on the amazing job he did not showing up and give Amy all the kudos. And of course, given that the BrotoGP Army nearly took over the track - listener questions.
