Argentina Part 3, The Aftermath - Ep. 90
13/04/2018 Duración: 01h36minBrotoGP went LIVE again. We finish off our 3 part series of the 2018 Argentina MotoGP round with everything that happened AFTER the race. Cal was salty AF. Marquez walked to Rossi's pit box with an entourage and got a ton of Uccio. Everyone on the planet lost their shit on social media, including Maverick who had to comment on every single Marquez post across the entirety of social media. Aleix and Pramac got into it, and Simeon jumped in the middle. There were plenty of harsh and uncomfortable interviews. And of course, after we cover all that we hit you, the live listeners, up for questions. Someone even asked for a random rant in there. Enjoy.

Argentina Part 2, The Climax - Ep. 89
12/04/2018 Duración: 53minBrotoGP is back with Argentina Part 2, talking about the actual race this time. You were a little surprised when we cut short last episode without actually talking about the race. But here's another hour of all the drama resulting from Marquez's shenanigans.Alternate Kev shows up for this episode and gives you the low down on the service Marquez did for everyone else on the grid. We start with a quick recap of last episode, ie everything that happened before the race. Then we get into Marquez's first penalty, a ride through for riding backwards on the track. Marquez's second penalty is up next, for pushing Aleix out of the way. We finally get to the Rossi incident, trying to cover every angle of it, even some new ones. We then talk about the battle for the race win between Cal, Zarco, and Rins. And finally we finish this one off with Marquez's 3rd penalty, the 30 seconds added to his race time. Alternate Kev disappears and we leave u hanging one more time.To be continued...

Argentina Part 1, The Build-Up - Ep. 88
11/04/2018 Duración: 01h10minWhat a weekend for MotoGP in Argentina! There is just too much to talk about and I have no idea how we are going to get through it all. The whole crazy weekend started with qualifying. Jack Miller had the cojones and skill to ride on slick tires through a river running across Turn 7 and 8, while everyone else was using rain tires. With that, we just knew the weekend wouldn't be "normal". We jump back to Aron Canet's stupid choices during practice, legit taking out another rider. Dorna shows their cards early here with no penalty. Then we get to the MotoGP grid. Miller ends up with a huge pole advantage, about 3 rows total. We thought things were going to settle down then. But no... Marquez stalls the bike, ignores the marshals, and rides backwards on the track. The race finally starts and Dani Pedrosa is an early victim of some hard racing. And that's just the first lap!!! To be continued...

Dovi Draws First Blood - Ep. 87
21/03/2018 Duración: 01h35minThe first race of the year for MotoGP at Qatar did not disappoint. Qualifying was insane with the entire grid very close and an amazing recording breaking lap by Zarco. The race was amazing, with the field bunched up, tons of action every lap, and lots of surprises. And yet... everyone wants to talk about Simon Crafar! Kev gets his (first) rant in early and we talk plenty about not-racing. Then we jump over to Zarco, his performance, and the rumors surrounding him. Marquez Boos come up which gets Kev heated again. Of course we talk about Dovi and how this outlier round might shape up his entire season. We bag on Lorenzo as much as possible and wonder who will replace him. And there's plenty to say about Rossi vs Mav at Yamaha. This episode finishes off with Kev a little drunk and us talking shit about anyone, but with love.

2018s Countdown to Racing - Ep. 86
14/03/2018 Duración: 01h42minIts only 2 days before the 2018 MotoGP season kicks off at Qatar. So its time for us to do a "quick" season preview. This episode we run through all 12 GP teams and their 24 riders, giving you what we like, what we hate, what we expect, and what Kev is angry about. The list order is completely made up based on Rob's performance expectations for each team and somewhat on how they did last year. Towards the end when talking about Factory teams, the list blurs together some. But thats how it goes when we are speculating about title performances. Kev and Ev aren't so hopeful about having an exciting head-to-head title battle this year. But this is racing - anything can happen.

Racing Is Back, Rea Didnt Win - Ep. 85
28/02/2018 Duración: 01h36minRacing is officially back for the 2018 season with WorldSBK Round 1 at Phillip Island. Yes, we recorded a WSBK episode because A LOT of shit went down this weekend. #anyonebutrea came true for both races with Melandri taking the double. Kawi missed the setup and had a bunch of small problems that made it impossible for them to dominate. Rob gets a lot of air time talking about tires, as Pirelli screwed up big time with riders experiencing massive tire issues. He even goes over the WSBK rule changes and whether or not they did anything (yet). After all those WSBK shenanigans, we start talking about some riders that are important to us - Gagne, PJ, Hafizh, Pecco, and MM. Then we finish off with some listener comments and reactions to the races.

Jorge’s Headgame and an Inconsistent Yamaha - Ep. 84
21/02/2018 Duración: 01h41minGP bikes were on track for the first time in Thailand and BrotoGP is back to full strength. This episode we bring all the racing chatter you want from the Chang test - and a bunch you didn't want - along with a little mention of the Sepang test. We were supposed to start this one on the new flurry of winglets, but Kev had something else in mind. We do still manage to get a little technical on winglets. Then we jump into what everyone has been asking about... the complaints and woes of Jorge, Mav, and Rossi. Duc is going well for everyone but Jorge. Mav can't figure anything out with the 2018 M1 chassis and wants an old one. And Rossi is mostly complaining about software. After all that, we cover the reason why Change was so packed - Hafizh Syahrin and Tech3. There's some talk about HRC. Then we finish this one off with listener questions again.

Rules Are Made To Be Broken - Ep. 83
08/02/2018 Duración: 55minKevin goes solo in this episode, completely raw and uncut. Rob is real sick and Ev & Dennis are missing, so Kev breaks almost all of the rules and records some controversy all by himself. We'll get to testing and racing later when the whole crew is back in force. Two major things happened in the past week or two that you want us to talk about - MotoE is coming to the GP championship and Grid Girls have been banned from the series that shall not be named (Formula1). But this isn't a one hour long monologue. There might actually be less agreeing in this episode than normal. Kev goes at this from every side, full on moto-journalist style.

GP Team Bosses and Factory Collusion - Ep. 82
17/01/2018 Duración: 01h59minWe are only 2 weeks away from the first winter test of 2018, so the paddock is heating up. Bikes are being revealed, management is making moves, rumors are being started, and people are talking shit. so BrotoGP is gonna cover all of it. Here's what went down:- Ducati's 2018 winter reveal- Alberto Puig as the new head of HRC- Factory collusion on rider salaries- The rumor that Pecco Bagnaia is already signed to Pramac for 2019Of course, we finish this one off with listener question - some thoughts about MotoAmerica, what happened to Redding's pet lamb, and a bunch more.

This Isn't Even Our Final Form - Ep. 81
03/01/2018 Duración: 01h46minWait until you see our true power!!! BrotoGP is evolving, bringing you more of everything that you want, while still keeping everything you love. This our first LIVE episode, streamed to YouTube and uploaded as a podcast after. We had some teething problems*. But I will fix that shit, so stick with us.We kick this one off with an update on Project Catfish. Scott Redding is going strong in his relationship - Kev is worried about Veronica. Then we jump to a racer that hasn't had much love from us or anyone in the off-season, Valentino Rossi. We talk about whether or not he can win, and almost more importantly, whether or not Yamaha can build him (and Mav) a bike to win. Ducati, Marquez, and a whole host of other riders get brought up. Then we finish up with listener topics, chat comments, and eventually bring it all back to Rossi and GP as a whole.* Seriously, sorry about the audio. That won't happen again.

One Frank Frenchman & IG Madness - Ep. 80
14/12/2017 Duración: 01h44minGP news hasn't shut down just yet, especially if you count social media. We start this one off with something special we received from a die-hard fan and then talk shit about Dorna's job posting. RiderzLaw gets a special plug. Then we get to the amazing shows that are the Redding and Iannone Instragram stories. The main talking point this time is Herve Poncharal and the future of Zarco and Tech3. Zarco is something else, but without Factory money and Rossi potentially stealing those M1s... can Herve keep him on the team? We then spend a lot of time on listener topics: electric bikes, Josh Herrin punk-ing everyone, Troy Bayliss racing ASBK, and a bunch more.

A Plan to Beat the T1000 - Ep. 79
29/11/2017 Duración: 02h19minThe season is over and we talkin' bout practice. The factories take one day off, then start showing us their plans for 2018 at Valencia. Yamaha brought a new motor, Ducati didn't bring much, HRC brought a whole new bike, and all the other riders jumped around to different bikes. We give Miller some time, discuss Iannone's need for mustache winglets, and talk a bunch more shit. Then we jump into the Jerez test where Johnny Rea showed everyone that whoever is making the WSBK regulations missed the mark (again). Kawi is way ahead, Duc is way behind, and everyone else still isn't going to win. Rob gives the full tech-talk rundown on the 2018 WSBK regulation and why they probably won't work... at least until Kev and Ev tire of it all. Then we finish this long episode off with listener questions.

Episode 78 - #FinalLetdown
16/11/2017 Duración: 02h01minThere was a slim chance that Dovi would win the title, so slim that we (everyone but Ev) probably shouldn't be disappointed - but we are. However, there's no way we can say that the last race of the year wasn't ridiculously exciting. Kev kicks us off with a sad story, but things liven up quick. Marques is the GP beast that can crash but not crash and still win the title. Dovi is every man, the underdog, world's fastest dad. Yamaha shit the bed for the latter half of the season, so much they decided to start testing early. Rins goes full #movember and puts in a solid performance, but then has a rough night with Suzuki. And Jorge DYES HIS HAIR. This episode is all over the place, but its not like you weren't expecting that.
-
Episode 77 - Don't H8 on Map8
01/11/2017 Duración: 01h48minConspiracy BrotoGP Episode!! And Ev isn't even here this time. Sepang went down and we have so much Ducati to talk about. Jorge got Map8'd, let Dovi catch up, and almost tucked the front. We start off with that, then Kev goes crazy at tearing down the HRC-Dorna plot in the GP paddock. HRC subsequently cuts his internet off even though we had moved onto Zarco's performance and the issues Factory Yamaha is having. We round out GP by discussing Jorge's slow transformation into a real Ducati rider. Then we jump to Moto2 and Franco, the first successful VR46 Academy rider. Rob eats a bunch of crow talking about KTM's Moto2 performance. Then we finish this one off with a lot of listener questions.
-
Episode 76 - Road Rage Down Under
25/10/2017 Duración: 01h38minAfter Zarco somehow led the French GP in Australia, you know this episode of BrotoGP was going to be nuts. I think Kev makes a detailed analysis of 2-3 movies from my childhood in here. We kick this one off talking about whether or not this round is a contender for GOAT race (greatest of all time) and figure out how someone can give no f***s and still win. Then we talk about Yamaha's last minute resurgence to double podium and Mav's dog. We move on to Duc's lack of team orders and their choke-fest of a race. Irrelevant Dani Pedrosa, Indiana Jones, and Suzuki's recent form get plenty of air time. Then things go nuts with more conspiracy theories and the best listener questions we've ever received.
-
Episode 75 - Jon Bon Dovi Records Another Hit
18/10/2017 Duración: 01h54minA wet weekend at Motegi produced an amazing GP race, so BrotoGP had to bring you another amazing off-the-wall episode. We start with some listener questions (kinda), then Kev drops knowledge on the real position of Maverick in Top Gun and in GP. Then we move onto Dovi where Kev & Ev come up with a new Dovi-pun on the spot. Dovi rode way smarter than MM, and it paid off. We go over Marquez's mistake and someone even brings up a huge Dorna-Marquez conspiracy. Mind blown. Then we jump on Yamaha and their failed attempts to improve on peak frame. Suzuki and KTM are shown no love. We tell everyone what's up with the new winglets. We cover more listener questions. Then we even talk about Ben Spies' return to MotoAmerica. I'm probably forgetting a lot. Enjoy.

Episode 74 - WSBK and MotoAmerica, Unwrapping SBK Titles
03/10/2017 Duración: 02h28minWe did it again - here's another off-the-cuff long episode that went a bit nuts. This time we are talking production racing. Jonathan Rea just won the WorldSBK championship, but I'm not sure that anyone outside of his family and his team were that stoked on it. We talk about the woes that WSBK is having, why Duc didn't challenge for the title, what's going on with Camier and MV, and a bunch of other shit. Then we segue to improving WSBK competition and viewership, both with our hopes for rule changes and any potential for Americans in the series. We use that to transition to MotoAmerica, where we give you the whole rundown. Toni and Suzuki destroyed everyone and the racing was great. We also discuss the talent in MA and where we hope its going to end up. But MA is taking a huge risk next year with rule changes, some we like and some we don't. There are quite a few tangents in there too. Then we finish this off with listener questions again.

Episode 73 - Marquez, Boooooooooo
27/09/2017 Duración: 01h53minYou waited, but this one is worth it. Some fans have asked for longer episodes, so here you go - 2 hours of BrotoGP madness! Kev kicks us off with a mind-melting story, then we jump right into Misano. Marquez showed us his best old school Rossi impression, toying with his competitors all race. We talk about Duc, we talk about rain, we cry over Petrucci. Then we move onto Aragon... and more Marquez. He didn't have the feeling, heat was a huge variable, but he still won. The championship has firmly swung in his direction. We ain't mad, just booooooooo. Kev explains. Of course, we gotta talk about Rossi's broken leg putting everyone behind him to shame. Dani's whining about Rossi gets some time. And Kev expresses his disappointment for Maverick's performances. We cover Nick Harris, KTM, and jump into listener questions too. Did I tell u this one was long? Enjoy.

Episode 72 - A Piece of Cake For Dovi
31/08/2017 Duración: 01h06minWe are stoked on Silverstone this year, mostly because everyone likes to cheer for under-dogs. Dovi won another race and then told everyone he wasn't the fastest racer on track, #humblebrag. He now has the most wins this season, is leading the championship, and somehow is able to make every tire last race distance. We then move on to Marquez and HRC's blown motor. Some of us cheered, some didn't, but everyone is stoked that the championship is tighter than ever. Then we hard transition to the factory Yamahas, their differing tire strategies, whether or not the Misano test did anything, and Mav's confidence for the remaining tracks. Lastly, tons of follower questions & topics... MarcVDS collusion, the KTM/Pol/Bradley/Kallio insanity, and even cake!
