Rubi doesn't want to be associated with Millennials even though technically she is one. We also talk about Baby Boomers, Generation X, and what exactly defines a generation. On today's episode Gema and Rubi tackle conspiracy theories and why they aren't a thing. We go through the definitions of conspiracy and theory. Turns out when folks say theory they actually mean hypothesis. Rubi brings up points like the time line of a conspiracy and the ultimate end result. On today's show we give you our review of the Kingsman 2 The Golden Circle. Rubi and Gema mention how this movie has the exact same plot as the first movie. Having said that, its still a great and fun movie. Gema and Rubi also delve a little into the Spy Genre and tell you how this movie makes it better. On today’s show we give you our take and review on the live action DCEU Wonder Woman movie. First we recognize and pay a little homage to the great Adam West. RIP. Then we do some first world belly aching about going to see Franz Ferdinand in concert. We might be getting too old to go to those particular concerts. We are old and need some chairs. On to the main feature. Wonder Woman was magnificent! It took over 75 years for her to be seen in a big screen live action movie and boy was it worth the wait. Gema and Rubi chat a little about the gender politics. We also give you a bit of history about this character and the mythology these characters come from. Plus the dive right into the real complexities this movie presents and lets you decide for yourself. Its not preachy or annoying. Its marvelous and everyone should see it!
