On Today's Episode....​ The dumpster fire continues to rage with the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh. While horrible accusations have been made, does any of it really matter any more? Should we be worried that an alleged rapist and former frat boy now has the swing vote on the US Supreme Court? Probably. On This Week's Show....​ We almost missed it, but this is our one year anniversary of doing the show! What better way to celebrate a Canadian podcast than to discuss a perennial Canadian hot button issue, bilingualism! There are over 7.6 million francophones in Canada, representing about 20% of the population. However, most francophones are concentrated in the eastern part of Canada, primarily in la belle province, Quebec. What impact does this have on the anglophone parts of Canada? Do francophones require additional rights or protections under the law, or do we already have sufficient systems in place? Since it’s a milestone episode (and because we haven’t been kicked off the internet yet), we decided to tackle a tough topic. Capital Punishment is practiced by several countries around the world.
